Boer Bakery is a home based bakery located at Downward Slope Farm in Upstate NY that bakes "True Sourdough" breads. Its how bread first was made with no commercial yeast just lots of time and love. Come get our Artisan Breads, pastries, pies and other baked goods at the Broome County Farmers Markets. We also sell USDA cuts of goat meat from the goats raised on Downward Slope Farm.
