2 the Max Cardio Circuit eX(ercise) [ccX]is a one-hour class featuring aerobic exercise along with weight training (light weights/lots of reps) and lots of abs! The class features kickboxing, aerobics and boot camp-style exercises. We use kettle bells, weights and plates and TRX equipment. Every class is different! We tone our bodies - forever! It's not about just rapidly losing weight and then stopping exercising. This is a way of life and a way to maintain your weight and health.
