This review is ideal for someone looking to get work done outside of the US and in another country. I am from the states and I traveled to the bordering state of Arizona to get veneers done with Dr. Alberto Estrella and his team.  I read a very strange, negative review on ESVA aesthetics that was completely derogatory and inaccurate, and when I did more research into the user’s reviews, it turns out they were leaving nothing but negative reviews wherever they went. This office in comparison to US dental offices is the gold standard of their industry.  From start to finish, they displayed nothing but professionalism. Gabby, the co-owner, was great!!! She set very clear expectations early on in the process. I was able to video chat with Dr. Estrella after sending him some pictures of my teeth and we were able to discuss our ideas to further clarify what I would like done and he would go about it. Setting up expectations early on in the process was vital, because it shows understanding from the dentist and eliminates the chance of surprise once finally in his chair.  They made transportation easy Gabby was able to pick us up from a pre-determined list of hotels and make the 1 hour drive with us to Nogales, Mexico. She even drove us back over the border the same day despite it being late.  Once we we made it to ESVA Aesthetics, we were sat down in a very luxe waiting area. The entire building is very modern and extremely clean. The wait can take some time as there is a lot of planning and preparation that goes into this — remember, you are getting weeks of visits’ worth of work done in 1-2 days. With there being a wait in-between evaluation and getting your dental work started, the team went as far as picking up lunch for us.  The dental equipment, technology, staff, and overall dental office OUTSHINES many of the typical US dental offices.  Depending on the work needed, you may/may not work with another specialist. There is large team buzzing around like a beehive and each person serves a purpose. Everyone is kind and courteous based on my experience.  Dr. Estrella was able to get temporary veneers produced for me on the first visit, and on the second visit, he and his team were able to produce for me exactly what I wanted: a natural and beautiful smile with all of the corrections I wanted. His teams are truly perfectionists, so they WILL take their time with you to make sure that you’re completely happy.  They are running a 10/10 operation.

The facilities and service are top notch!  The doctor's and staff were very professional and give you first class service.  Must go to place in Nogales for dentistry, veneers, massages, facials and anti aging treatments.

I have already recommended this place to several people who also love my new smile! I came from Seattle, WA, USA and had a great experience! The director, Gaby was so helpful arranging travel and transportation and made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Estrella and his team did a wonderful job and were all very nice. The clinic was very clean and updated! They worked with me to accommodate my short travel stay and did an amazing job on my teeth!! So happy with this place and my new smile!!

Do not come to this place.I spent close to 2000 dollars with no results.They charge the same amount of money American doctors will charge you.Dr.Alberto  doesn’t work on your teeth he has other people who does,he cares more about taking pictures and making videos then helping people.The people working on your teeth seem untrained and don’t have patience. My teeth are worse than they were before coming into this place.The dentist lied to me just to get me into the door.He will say that he can help but they don’t have a clue about teeth.I’m in so much pain and wasn’t given any medicine beside a little white pill I had to request.I had to listen to loud Spanish gossip right in my ear.I was forced to take a crown I didn’t like. I told the dentist my bite was off and he said no it’s supposed to be that way.They told me they could do my root canal and lied,they told me they could do my composite veneers and lied.This place is one big scam.You’ve been warned!!If you want quality dental  work just get it in America.They charge 400 for crowns.With dental insurance my crowns are 500.It’s not worth it. Nogales the area the dental place is in isn’t safe,they kept the doors locked at all times because of this reason. The room I was in had big holes in the ceiling.It was a total cluster you know what!!Horrible horrible disgusting experience!

Definitely the best dental experience I’ve ever had. From the first day I visited this office I’ve felt as though I’ve been cared. Knowledgeable, friendly, personable dentists/hygienists — highly recommend!

My experience at dental concept could not have been better! The environment and staff was absolutely wonderful! Dr estrella is very knowledgeable and kind, he will make sure you understand and make you feel extremely comfortable with what your procedure will do. The follow ups have always gone smoothly and I will highly recommend to anyone interested in dental work done

Honestly the best dentist I have ever been to Dr Alberto took his time to educate me on my different options and treatments he could offer me and once we came to a discussion on my treatment plan he executed it perfectly when I first walked in I told him he would have to do a miracle to give me that Hollywood smile I wanted and let me tell you he did he changed my life for the better and I am extremely grateful for him and his team
