Overall, my experience with Dr. Wang has been positive. I usually do not have to wait for long and this is great because my toddler accompanies me to my appointments. The ladies at the front desk are phenomenal. They are respectful, patient, and kind. The medical staff who accompany the doctor in the room could be a bit more warm and caring, but their lack of engagement does not affect my quality of care from the excellent doctor. The medical assistants often do not make eye contact or say much. However, the doctor himself is very efficient. He moves fast and I appreciate that. He does answer questions concisely but his answers are so on point that he can get away with it. He is generous with information, but remember, one of his strengths is that he is efficient. I can also tell that he is knowledgeable and well versed in his field. If you are looking for caring and kind front desk staff, a knowledgeable doctor, and a time-saving experience, then this is the office for you. No long wait times due to highly efficient and kind front desk staff and excellent care due to a highly knowledgeable doctor.
This was my first time going to Dr. Wang’s office. When I walked into the office, the woman at the front desk was very polite and handed over new patient paperwork. I notified her that I didn’t have a credit card to put on file and to bill me. She said okay. Dr. Wang’s assistant called me in and my experience with them was exactly what I needed to help me with my skin issues and it was nothing short of excellent. I returned to the front desk and Kevin the receptionist? said that I MUST make a payment before I leave. So I told him that I didn’t have a credit card on me and I can call in 15 mins with the information over the phone. He wouldn’t accept my solution and got agitated so I offered my license saying I was good for it. The degrading treatment made me feel very regretful and uncomfortable. As if I’m a flight risk or something. Not a good feeling. I remembered that I had a picture of said credit card so I gave him my phone so he can type it into the computer. At the end of the day, the treatment I received was unacceptable so I will not be going back for any follow ups or additional treatment. Learn how to have better customer service and/or other payment options.
I was almost positive I had skin cancer on my right cheek. Went to Dr Wang today and found out it was thankfully Actinic Keratosis. He applied 2 sprays of negative 200 degree nitrogen spray to the affected area and told me to come back in a year. Definitely put my mind at ease after worrying for over 2 years. Highly recommended.
I have visited Dr. Wang on numerous occasions. I am beyond pleased with his dermatology services. He is detailed orientated, efficient with my time and accurate with his diagnosis. His office is modern and clean and his staff are friendly and warm. I highly recommend Dr. Wang for your skin related issues.
Super smart doctor, treats both my kids and me. Helped my son through a tough acne problem and I’ve had laser treatments for my skin. All good!
This is not a review of Dr. Wang or his treatment. its regarding the website and operating hours. their website says operating hours 8 to 5 week days but when i called today at 12.12pm an automated message says the office is closed and i called after hours. thats so stupid.
Dr. Wang has been my doctor for about 4 years. He has treated me for several medical problems which he solved. He is the best dermatologist I have ever had. Thank you Dr. Wang.

Clean facilities and friendly staff. Dr. Wang guides you through what he is doing without talking down to you. Highly recommend.
Waited 45 minutes then left without being seen. I like to go to doctors who are respectful enough to see you on time.
