I made an appointment three months ahead of time, and the office just called to cancel two days before the appointment; the next available is three months from now. Unprofessional.

So disappointed with the service. If only I could give zero star I will. I was expecting good since she's a female she would understand women. I share to her that it was my first time to have check here and I am shy a bit and I really don't know how to react but she says no your not shy. I am asking if what should I expect after the test. She said if something wrong will call you and because the kind of insurance you have we wouldn't do much test. She said I only can do basic. She said to call after 2 weeks for test results cause they won't call me if nothing is emergency. I called and its answering machine for 2 x. I left a message and nobody follow up on me or return a call.  All in all I won't recommend this OBGYN. I normally don't write negative feedback but I give a few months before I wrote this. I won't come back nor refer any person I know with this clinic.

I love Dr. Baggott and have been going to her for years. Most of her staff is very helpful but the women who answers the phone has very poor phone skills.  She seems annoyed just answering the phone.  Definitely needs to brush up on her customer service skills.

I have been seeing Dr. Baggott for more than a decade. She always takes my concerns seriously and never made me feel stupid for asking questions. The staff is all very helpful and always welcoming. For a hypochondriac like myself Dr. Baggott is a godsend.

I won't be returning to this office. I was turned away for being 10 minutes late, after calling to give them the heads up. Dr Baggot, also, would not test me for BRCA after having a direct family history of breast cancer.  She said I needed 3 direct relatives. Luckily my primary physician had no problem testing me and I was able to get the information I needed. There are much better and more caring doctors locally.

THE BEST. Smart, Caring, Generous with her time in office and follow up calls. Will treat All of YOU not just the Girly Parts. She genuinely cares about all of you head to toe inside and out. She gave me hope and confidence after a year of being dismissed by other Dr's because they knew something was wrong but couldnt figure it out... She has held my hand and guided me thru and kept her promise to help me find the answers and work on a solution.

Poor communications. No courtesy calls and trying to collect extra money saying you’re giving up better service I’d rather find a new doctor

I think Dr. Baggott is a wonderful doctor. She talks to you, explains things and gives you time where as other doctors examine you and kick you out the door. I highly recommend her.

Professional,passionate spends the time. Recommended Brava 1 n 2 n was awesome . Highly recommend

She was okay they do not follow up for annuals  for me many anyways
