Dr Barbara Thompsons Office

I have had problems with getting my meds renewed and everytime they drag their feet. The NP there is rude and very unfriendly. She acts like your wasting her time. The staff has always been nice to me, but the NP is the reason I no longer want to go there!

Horrible doctor and office staff! Stay far away from this place as you can! They are out for your money and don't care about your well-being!! My mother-in-law's renal failure and other issues lead to a quick move to another state to be cared for by us, but this office refused to tell HER what medications she was prescribed at their office. 2 days before we moved her we tried to help her get her medication list on a Thursday, which she had to have an appointment for, no exceptions per office staff and when I asked to get an appointment the next day they told me they couldn't tell me if the doctor would be in or not and I had to drive in and see instead of letting me talk to her on the phone. And since we were leaving on Sat, getting an appointment was impossible! Yes I requested a medical records copy, but that doesn't come in until about 30 days since it was requested, which doesn't help my mother-in-law now. I even continuously tried to get into contact with a nurse or doctor but the office staff refused to let me talk to any of them without an appointment and come to find out, she was taking too much medication. So good job Barbara Thompson on training your staff and making your office one of the most unethical places I've ever seen and putting a person's life at risk!

Same problem as other reviews. I cannot get my medicine. It’s unfortunate having to suffer because these doctors don’t care. My PCOS isn’t only affecting my physical health, but also my mental.

I am truly sorry some of you have had issues here but i have never and lord barb im sorry is beat i have ever seen i love her and all the other's i have seen there i give 5 star's and if could i give more xoxoxoxo

Barbara and her staff are friendly! She takes the time to answer questions and explain everything so I understand! I would recommend!
