I had a crown replacement today & it was the easiest dental procedure I've ever had. Friendly staff, fast & efficient, & my comfort was their priority. I can't say enough good things about them!

I have never been a fan of dentists and would avoid them at all costs, but I absolutely love this team! This is not your typical dental office. They are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The kids and I actually enjoy going to the dentist because they are so welcoming and warm, they are gentle and always make sure you are comfortable. Their spaces are always clean and tidy. There are TVs on the ceiling to help entertain the kids if they have to get a filling done and they have some of the BEST topical to help numb if shots are needed. If we have ever needed to go back, they get us in right away. They are quick and efficient and its obvious that they are patient care oriented. I would trust them with anything dental or orthodontic.

Dr. Bates and his staff are amazing. The care is exquisite, they are comforting and accommodating. Truly the best dentist and place that I have ever been. I am always confident that they will care for me like true family. Great work and trustworthy with dental procedures. True Professionals!

I have been going to Ryan Bates for 6 years. During that time I have experienced consistent exceptional care and treatment, whether it be office staff, assistants, hygenists or Dr. Bates himself. In addition to routine cleanings, I have needed after hours assistance and dental repair to include a year long process of replacing a molar with a dental implant. Throughout this process, Dr Bates made himself available to consult, examine and counsel with me in all steps of the process. He listened to my concerns, looked at my dental history and acted as a member of my "team" supporting the decisions I made with his counsel as I went through the process. I am extremely happy with the outcome of that long process. More recently I have been experiencing a cold sensitive tooth. The staff worked with me to get me an appointment in a timely manner. Communication was excellent throughout this process. The added benefit of being able to text with the scheduling staff is a true bonus. They were patient and proactive and professional. During the exam Dr. Bates and his assistant examined carefully the area I was experiencing sensitivity, as I was not able to narrow it to one tooth. They took the time to diagnose, explain so I could understand, develop a treatment plan and ensure I had an appointment for that treatment. I am extremely happy with Dr. Bates and his staff. They provide concerned considerate and professional customer service in a time when customer service in just about any profession has greatly diminished or disappeared altogether. They also provide proven and exceptional dental care from cleanings to more intricate repairs like mine. I highly recommend this business!

Dr. Bates and his entire staff are exceptional! My Son recently had his wisdom teeth removed and it couldn’t have gone better! The service and care of Dr. Bates and his staff is truly one of a kind!

I have been going to Dr. Bates for several years. I can say this is one of the most organized dental or medical practices I have ever been to. Not only is the staff very kind and caring in the way they treat their patients, but also knowledgeable and the practice is up to date with the latest dental technologies.
