I'm a very nervous person that was abuse by a dentist when I was young. So I was afraid to get my teeth checked. Behnaz Yalda staff was so patient with me. I would highly recommend them if you suffer trauma from bad experience with a dentist. All I know is from now on I will keep my schedule with them if I need a dentist. They are the best.
First visit and quickly felt relief that I found Dr. Yalda and her friendly, helpful staff. They explained my dental procedure in detail and answered all my questions - very patient with the Patient!
I have been seeing Dr Yalda for several years for periodontal issues, extractions and implants. The procedures have always been very professional and painless. Dr Yalda and the office staff are wonderful.
Appointment was with Dr. Sheema Akhtar. The office staff, dental technician and Dr. Akhtar were all friendly and very professional. Dr. Akhtar was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer questions I had regarding my dental health. She also explained provide treatment options with recommendations for the least invasive procedures for treatment. Very impressed and happy with the service and care I received from Dr. Akhtar and the staff.
The office is quiet professional and the medical people are competent and caring. However, I do not understand why your office insists on masks when +90% of your work has to be done with the patient maskless. Not a complaint exactly, just a comment.
Today’s appointment was, as usual, a wonderful experience! Dr. Yalda’s office staff are both friendly and professional, and I was seen on time, My hygienist, Lindsay listened to my concerns and then began my cleaning. Again, as usual, Lindsay encouraged me to let her know about any pain/ sensitivity/discomfort as she worked, and she gave me a small break when a sensitive area was touched. Dr. Yalda’s came in for the final check, and was caring and professional as she examined my teeth. At 74 years old, I have many old fillings, caps, etc. AND I go to Dr. Yalda’s to keep them all!! Her office is definitely A+++, and it is a pleasure to recommend her!
Dr. Yalda has been my oral surgeon for over four years. She has performed numerous procedures for me during that time. She and her staff are both professional and attentive to their patient’s needs before, during, and after each procedure. I highly recommend this team for any required oral surgery.
No comment!!! Her consultation fee costed me around $180 for a 20 min exam.
Kudos to Dr. Yalda and dental hygienist Lindsey, whose care to date I'm still mid-treatment, 3 out of 4 appointments completed has been phenomenal. They know what they are doing and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I completely trust them to bring my mouth back to the best it can be. Kudos also to their treatment plan coordinator and to their front desk, who are welcoming, and who communicate clearly and efficiently. Finally, kudos to their infection control protocols. I felt completely safe and well cared for. Thank you so much!
Unfortunately, I have a lot of periodontal issues and I have been going to Dr. Yalda for 15 years, she takes the time to explain the procedure to you, and gives you the best outcome depending on your situation. Highly recommend her for periodontal services.
