Dr Bhandari

I absolutely love Dr Bhandari! We've been going to him since my 2nd child was born in 2016, he now sees all 3 of my children. He's so gentle and sweet with the babies and is great about connecting with the older kids. He has an absolutely excellent bedside manner and is great about answering all my questions and addressing all my concerns. I always feel like my kids are getting the best of care under him! His rooms are fun for the kids and his staff do a good job, they're very kind and helpful. We'll definitely be going to Dr Bhandari for many many years to come!

My daughter is now terrified to be on her back thanks to the nurse practitioner I don't now what her name is but she is so rude she practically yelled at us today when we asked to hold our child while she got her shots after we were told before by bhandari that we are allowed to do so. So we're switching pediatricians today and I will never ever have my children go here again the NP is lucky I don't sue her for the emotional and mental trauma she put my daughter into today. Such a worthless NP point blank period.

I hate to feel the way I do about this clinic as Bhandari was my own pediatrician as a child. We still have love for him but his staff has been unprofessional and rude time and time again. They do not document well and will argue with you about what has been discussed or done in prior appointments without listening to what you have to say. We have left- but a word of caution to the parents out there. I hope other patient experiences are better, I really do.

I use to see doctor B as a child but when I took my own son the nurses on staff was extremely rude to me. I thought maybe it was just a bad dad and came back. I was treated like I was a inconvenience. The way she was with son was a bit cold. Long story short I changed doctors due to the staff . They really need to work on being caring in a profession caring for children. I couldn't recommend this place in good conscience and that hurts.

I love Dr bhandari, i went when i was a kid & also took my kids there for 9 years, however the front staff are sooo unprofessional, rude, and VERY unhelpful & I Been dealing with it for to long i finally had enough!!! Oh and the stuff that dr bhandari or the other doctor tells us not to give or give our children they don't document ANYTHING & we get called liars for it!!! Maybe if he let a few of those front staff people go it would be great like it was before. Im going to miss bhandari but i can't handle it anymore!!!

Cynthia, the lady who schedules appointment is RUDE. I tried to get an appointment for my son for his fever and rash but they refused us coz we "missed" our first appointment 2months ago as a new patient when I CALLED & CANCELLED IT coz we were 2hrs away from their clinic & we just moved back to Perrin recently. she insisted that I did not call when I did. Anyway, I understand that they have policies but being rude is not acceptable. Im sure they have a recording on our conversation & i never raised my voice whatsoever and she is being MEAN. I was disappointed with the unprofessionalism. I just want everybody to know & it should need a disciplinary action. Nikki Turner, RN

Never met the actual doctor after 3 visits. Front office staff didn’t acknowledge I was there with a hello or anything. Had to stand there and wait a good 5 minutes before anyone would even make eye contact with me. Nurse practitioner had bad bedside manner. She told my teenage daughter to take her shirt off right in front of her while she watched. When my daughter clearly looked uncomfortable and started to tear up the NP still pushed for her to remove her shirt. At that point I told my daughter she didn’t have to. So the NP made a snarky remark when she had to lift her shirt to check her back. Then she needed to look at my daughter’s knee for knee pain and asked her to take her pants off. Again while the NP watched. I had to ask her to at least turn around while my daughter removed her clothing and the NP looked at me like I was stupid and rolled her eyes at me as she turned around. I have never experienced a dr or nurse that didn’t leave the room when clothes needed to be removed much less had them expect you to undress while they watch. It was so inappropriate.

I have been taking my child to Dr. Bhandari for over 2 years. Best doctor and nurse practitioner/staff you can ask for! It’s sad that people are quick to post the negative but not not the positive. I made an appointment on a recommendation and I’m so glad we found them!!

Have been using him since I was a child! Now my child goes here! His staff is wonderful and will help you with any questions you have! We usually see his Nurse Practitioner and she is great with my baby!

Dr B is wonderful. He’s easygoing and sharp. We’ve been able to work through all the changing needs of my son as we fine tune his Rx for ADD and ASD. All the staff are just as helpful. I travel from Weatherford because I’m that impressed.
