Dr. Carol I Lynn, Gynecology and Women's Health

I absolutely love Dr. Carol Lynn and the whole staff of Dr. Lynn Gynecology. I recently had a hydro facial done as part of the new aesthetics addition to the clinic with esthetician, Kimberly. SO RELAXING. Let's just say I almost fell asleep! I have a chemical peel scheduled with Kim on Thursday! The place is so professional and warm the second you walk through the door. This will definitely become a necessity for my skincare routine. Dr. Lynn's clinic really does have everything a woman would need, fairly priced with a dash of southern charm.

Respectfully leaving this review... I am new to the area and heard great things about Dr Lynn so I called to schedule an appointment. The woman who answered the phone was so snotty rude and snappy like calling was an inconvenience, but I ignored and went ahead with it. I had to call back the next day to re-schedule that appointment to due to an emergency with my mother, and was again met with an attitude about WHY I had to re-schedule, I apologized and said I hated to do it because I never re-schedule... so fast forward about a week and I receive a BILL in the mail for $30 due to a "No Show" appointment... Ok... but I re-scheduled that appt for weeks out and WHY are you billing me!!! I feel like I am being scammed and this is very poor business practice... I am not paying a $30 No Show fee so you can send it to every collections agency in the country and I'll still never pay it!!! It's been weeks now and I've gotten another bill which they have doubled now for $60... really unbelievable... It's all about taking as much $ as you can from people... I would NOT recommend this Gyn.

In the beginning, Dr. Lynn’s old nurse who is now retired helped me with a miscarriage and subsequent issue that made me have to change doctors as a result. But after her nurse retired, I kept seeing Dr. Lynn for my routine annual care and it just went downhill. She failed to mention what I now believe in retrospect were important physical signs of a diagnosis she never attempted to make. I now have stage 4 cancer. That being said, I would definitely think twice about this place. Also, the newer nurse, Michelle, who replaced the wonderful nurse who retired, is the rudest, most snarky nurse I have ever encountered.

I used to see Dr. Pilgrim in the same building as Dr. Lynn so when she retired last year I transferred records to Dr. Lynn upon multiple recommendations. I called to make my yearly appointment over 2 months ahead of time and then the day before my appointment I called to confirm my appointment as I had not received a confirmation notice. I was told yes I was on the schedule to see Dr. Lynn. When I arrived for my appointment I was checked in and not until the nurse was taking vital signs was I told I was seeing the nurse practitioner and not Dr. Lynn. Never at any time when I transferred my records, made my appointment, or called to confirm was I told that Dr. Lynn does not see new patients and I would have to see the nurse practitioner- this policy was NEVER communicated to me. The office manager Carla was one of the most rude, uncaring, unkind, unfriendly people I have ever dealt with. There was no understanding and Carla treated me as an annoyance and just asked if I wanted my records transferred. She did not even introduce herself on the phone and would not tell me her name until I directly asked. Every bit of her tone and words communicated that she did not care at all about my concern and wanted to be done with me.

Dr. Lynn has been an unexpected blessing! I went to her office seeking a 2nd opinion and she was not only extremely thorough, taking her time to explain all aspects of my situation. She explained procedures, results, potential outcomes, and was very gentle and empathetic. If you are seeking a GOOD doctor who makes you feel at ease and relaxed, Dr. Lynn is definitely who you need to see!

Dr. Lynn has been my OBGYN for many years. She is, hands down, the best physician I’ve ever encountered. Her personalized care and straight-forward approach is the perfect balance of making a patient feel at ease and confident that you’re in good hands. Her sense of humor is second to none. I am so grateful to this remarkable woman for the extraordinary care she’s given me all of these years!!

Dr. Carol Lynn is the most compassionate, loving and friendly Doctor you could possibly find! Going to the gynecologist isn't so bad knowing she's your doctor. My mom actually referred her to me because she was the only Doctor to be kind enough to listen and discover the source of her problems. Dr Lynn has also performed surgery on me and I've never been in such good hands. I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend seeing her!

Dr. Lynn has a wonderful bedside manner. She is very thorough and doesn't get in a hurry. I am very happy to have found her.

I am so thankful Dr. Lynn was recommended by a friend! She is wonderful and very thorough. My only suggestion for the practice is to consider wall hooks in the exam rooms and bathroom. I have to place my purse on the sink in the bathroom and lay clothes and purse on the chair in the exam room. Oh, and mirrors in the exam rooms to make sure clothes and hair are tidy before leaving would be good also.

I've been going to Dr. Carol Lynn's office for 10+ years. Her staff is fantastic and accommodating. Dr. Lynn and her practitioners are very good at listening to any concerns I have or answering any questions.
