All employees I encountered at Hamburg dentistry were pleasant. Dr. Sullivan is very professional and Shannon was very gental during my teeth cleaning. I recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist.
Very happy with Hamburg Dentistry! Just started my two kids there and I have an appointment next month. Very efficient, everyone was pleasant, overall great experience!
I 10/10 would highly recommend this dentistry as they are quick, thorough, very friendly and care about your comfort as they are working on you. I’m very hesitant about going to the dentist because of a previous bad experience with the numbing shot, but I didn’t even feel the shot from Dr. Sullivan and the cavity fill was performed in less than 20 minutes including the time taken to wait for the numbing process to work. I’ve never waited more than five minutes to be seen. I think I am no longer scared to ‘go to the dentist’ anymore. :D
Service was great once I got past the receptionist, she had no personality and organizational skills on how to talk to people ...that's all I will say

The office is clean & efficient, the staff are friendly & Dr Sullivan has been great at explaining the what, why & how of my treatment plan. I met Dr Bob today, he was as friendly as the rest of the office & did a great job on placing my final crown. Thanks for getting me in & out without a hitch!
I was literally just referred to this practice today when I got what I found out was the first part of my root canal and my endodontist told me I had to see someone else to do the permanent filling and the crown. They squeezed me in as soon as possible and put me on a list in case someone cancels they can get me an even sooner and they're trying to get me in for the second root canal that I will need the second part too. I haven't been to the office yet but I'm blown away by how friendly and helpful the staff has been!!!!
My recent appointment with Dr. Sullivan went very well. I waited two minutes to be ushered into the operatory. Dr. Sullivan checked my mouth and the new x-rays that were taken. I had no cavities, and a very good dental treatment session! Janet Pope-Schumer
I really love this place. I have been going to them for a bit now after a super bad experience at Stellar. I enjoy the small and yet inviting atmosphere. It's super clean and the staff are amazing. Dr. Sullivan is fantastic. Definitely knows his stuff and takes pride in what he does. Dana is my usual hygienist and I completely love how she cleans my mouth every time. She is super gentle. She is very attentive of any sensitivities and her chats are super great. My husband finally decided to do the switch as well and really loves it. Let's just say we are a "Hamburg Dentistry family."
