Dr. Kelley has been building healthy, lasting relationships with her young patients since 1986. She received her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania and completed a residency in the Pediatric Dentistry Specialty Program at the Albert Einstein School of Medicine and Rose F. Kennedy Center. She is dedicated to providing all of her young patients with quality pediatric dental care in a happy and healthy environment.
