I was insulted by the hygienist I saw there consistently through out my cleaning. Maybe they don't like disabled people or people on Medicare. I never said anything to her about anything, she was just rude to me. Then I had a cavity filled by the dds and he did such a rotten job it chewed up my tongue and cheek. Never go back there again.
Best dental office I have been too. My wife and I both go here and they are always very friendly and do a great job. Dr. Rossow is a consummate professional. Prices are very reasonable. I came here a few years ago after Aspen Dental wanted me to spend thousands of dollars on a "deep cleaning" and a crown, two procedures Dr. Rossow confirmed that I didn't need and 2 and a half years later, am doing perfectly fine without.
He is an excellent dentist. I had gone to another Dentist and they insisted that the tooth I was having problems with needed to be extracted. Dr. Rossow was able to fix it no problem!.
Lovely office, with out of this world service! Beautiful work environment, everyone is friendly and welcoming, working harmoniously.
There's a difference between being honest and berating someone. We went to Dr. Rossow because our current pediatric dentist was not treating us well. I was looking forward to having good care for my kids. As soon as he walked in, he wanted to know why we didn't go to our dentist. And made assumptions that I couldn't pay for the visit. He ridiculed the state of my daughter's teeth which I was well aware of and basically scolded me for it all in the room with my 10 yr old daughter. I was beyond humiliated and embarrassed to have to walk out of the office. I just wanted to sink through the floor. When confronted, he stated he wasn't sorry for being honest. He's beyond arrogant and I'm shocked by all of the good reviews on here.
I've been a patient at Dr. Rossow's office for several years. Every time I visit the office I'm always impressed with the personal attention I receive. The office staff, hygienist and Dr. Rossow are very knowledgeable and always gentle. I was especially impressed this last visit. I was one if the first appointments when the office reopened after being closed for COVID-19. I felt the extra care and precautions were excellent. The entire office was very professional and prepared. I felt very comfortable. I highly recommend making a visit to Waterfront Family Dental.
Dr. Rossow and his staff are absolutely wonderful, I would recommend this office to anyone. I broke a my tooth afterhours and they called me @ 730a the next morning and got me in within the hour and got me taken care of even if it took 2 hours to get the tooth out. Thank you again Dr. Rossow :
