This office doesn't even deserve one star. You never see the dr. & only the PA's they themselves are ok. Even the charge nurse who takes your vitals is pretty good but way over worked, they need a 100 of her. The office staff is what's wrong with this place. The office staff them selves are so aweful and the most incompetent bunch of people I've ever meet. They can't handle sending out perscriptions, or referrals, or even getting back with the pharmacy. I am a severe diabetic & have a degenerative autoimmune disease. I see them regularly for it. Yet, they don't send the pharmacy my prescriptions right or in a timely manner. I depend on my life saving insulin, Ive waited a whole weekend for after having a 1 pm dr. apt. And still had to call back 3 times before finally get to see the dr. Again at 6pm to correct there situation. Then they rush through everything with you. I waited, and waited again & it turns out my prescriptions never got sent. I call them back no answer there gone. Whole weekend after already waiting a week in a half for my med.s & 2 Dr. Visits latter. I call them 1st thing in the am, Monday they argued they sent them. Then after phone tag with several attempt latter, they say, "oh we didn't know where to send them", its always been the same pharmacy since going to them then I had to look up the address and phone number for them incompetent I tell you. Then I repeatedly get put on hold, only to get hung up on when cheeking back repeatedly with the pharmacy to find out what the hold up was. I tried calling back multiple times and their multiple #'s- lines for over 30 minutes. I need to change dr.s so bad. Ive landed in the hospital several times because of this. Its the holidays I don't want to be in the hospital because there staff is so incompetent. You think with there 1.8 review's they do something about there staff but nope. Its a crazy revolving door.
Not sure about the complains but my experience has been great. Doctors listen to your needs and follow through. I also appreciate visits via the phone on Friday's if you can not make it in person and also walk-ins if you don't have an appointment. Nice to have a variety. Wait time though could use a little improvement.
If I could rate the front desk staff and the doctor separately I would. The front desk staff is not helpful and always disorganized and difficult to get a hold of. Most times I’d call to schedule an appointment the line was busy or it would ring and ring what seemed like forever with no answering machine. Once I did get a hold of a receptionist they were always rude and scatter brained and not professional. The nursing staff and doctors are kind and professional. If I could give the doctors 4 stars I could but I had to stop going here cause the front desk reception was so bad. And they stopped taking my insurance with no warning.
This is the worst doctors office I have ever been to in my life. It’s not even so much the doctor it’s his staff he has working for him well at least some of his staff. They are so unprofessional & so unorganized to be a doctors office. A lady had the nerve to tell me I making a big deal out of nothing and it’s not that serious about not getting my son medication. It was always one thing after another, I’m new to the area and needed a doctor ASAP for my children. Next time I will do more research on the office before going. I don’t see nothing positive bout this doctors office at all. Didn’t even wanna give them the 1
These guys ghosted me. I had an appointment with them at 1:00 pm. The Dr finally got to me at 6:00pm! I waited for 5 hours for him to tell me there was nothing he could do for me until I saw a specialists for an evaluation. then i was supposed to get back to him for treatment. He told me he would have someome call me within a week and if I didn't hear anything within one week I should call him back. I waited one week and never got a call so I called the office back they put me on hold and after 20 minutes then hung up. I did this three times, each time they would put me on hold and then hang up after 15-20 minutes. It has been an absolute waist of time.
If I could give less than one star I absolutely would. I booked a telehealth appointment and the nurse practitioner was logged in under a Dr.‘s name which was very misleading from the beginning, then she took the appointment at the main desk, where patients were approaching, and other employees were walking around, so I could hear them and they could hear me. She was not in a private area and wasn’t wearing headphones, I felt it was a high risk for HIPPA violations and even on the phone during intake I heard a patient describe her symptoms as she checked into her appointment. When I asked if there was a private area to take the call she said “this is my setting” over and over. When I tried to express my concerns she was dismissive. I ultimately cancelled my appointment and requested a refund as I did not feel safe sharing personal health information in such a public area... she hung up on me and I had to call the front desk myself to get my refund processed. Extremely unprofessional and rude.
I love the doctor. But because of the staff I'm going to have to change doctor. There was only one nurse in the back that was very nice and professional. Everyone else in the front desk especially the coordinator is very rude and unprofessional to say the least. Sad to leave cuz of the staff but my health issues is not being met. Im scheduled to have brain surgery next month and I haven't been able to see my doctor to let him know whats going on. Stay away!
If I could give -* I would horrible place staff give misinformation said I could come with my husband and as soon as we arrived they said no only one patient and explained to the lady that open the door and she was rude about it telling me she didn't know who might it said that but that it was but i had to wait outside the in the car... The staff seems to just pick and choose what to tell patients and who to let in since it was another couple coming out of there that day.... Definitely looking into another doctor office for my husband and I! Never ever again would be back here!
just because you schedule me at 415 ! and i don’t get seen until 540 , 20 minutes before closing doesn’t mean you be short with me !!!! everyone’s else is important weather it’s something minor of not. the dr is very unprofessional and rude. i asked him to explain what was wrong with my ekg and he told me” i don’t have time to teach you a lesson” a lesson ? i wanted a simple explanation. i’m not trained to know how to read an ekg. retire or at least act like you care about your job ! besides that i love the nurse who checks your height , weight etc ! she’s great
This office is the worst. This employee by the name of Sarah is extremely rude and unprofessional. How do prople like this even work in an office where they talk to patients all day. Ive spoken with this person 3 times in getting my sons prescription to the pharmacy. I was talking to her and asked for a Supervisor or office manager and she said I had to complain to a different clinic. That I couldn’t complain to anyone there. They sent wrong meds and wrong dob’s for my kids to the pharmacy. I spoke with the pharmacy and the pharmacist stated that the office sent wrong info, prescriptions, and wrong dob to them. So who fo we make the complaint to.
