I highly recommend Dr Ghausi! He delivered my baby girl earlier this month. We actually started with another OB originally but were not pleased with them and we switched to Dr Ghausi and I am so grateful that we did! He himself has excellent bedside manner, is very knowledgeable and explains things in an easy to understand way and I never felt he was pushy but rather listened to and respected my concerns/thoughts. His office staff is amazing and was always so prompt, kind and helpful with whatever it was that we needed.
I waited nearly 3 months to see Dr Ghausi and today I was turned away. I was told when I arrived that I could not be a patient of Dr. Ghausi's due to having 2 insurances my secondary being Medi-cal which they do not take I was very upset and disappointed. When I initially called to become a patient nearly 3 months ago, they made SURE they accepted my primary insurance Cigna but I was NEVER asked if I had a secondary insurance and never told that if it was Medi-Cal I would not be able to be a patient. Yet, at my check-in today, I was told there was nothing they could do and that it was my responsibility to know that beforehand. I had no idea this was something I had to let them know about. They do know about such things and COULD have easily asked upon setting up my first appointment when I called. 3 CRUCIAL months wasted waiting. I didn't even get to see the Dr. I hope this can help someone else avoid this issue.
I highly recommend Dr. Ghausi. He is an excellent doctor. I have been seeing him for the last 10 years and have sent my nieces, sister and daughter to him. We all agree he is the best doctor for delivering babies, helping with menopause or any other gynecological need. His bedside manner to his expertise I feel very confident with him and am lucky to have him as my doctor.
Honestly my nurse is amazing. Everytime I call them and I need a CB, the doctor always calls me back. This office is supper busy but they always return calls same day. Ambience is small but warm. It's a humble location but full of great nurses and a doctor. Thank you New patient since January 2020. Update 2022: Dr Ghausi's office is SO amazing. I still love coming here. I now have a baby and Dr ghausi Delivered my son. I'm so grateful to him and his team. I love this practice. Thank you!!
He has delivered both my daughters and has been nothing but kind, knowledgeable and understanding. I had my daughters very close together so I saw him for 2 years, his office felt like my home. The office staff is an amazing team and work very well together. I commend him for strongly advising me not to choose a Cesarean birth when now a days most doctors would agree given my circumstances. I unfortunately had a little complication during labor with my second and was able to see how he reacted under a stressful situation when my daughters life was on the line and I have never felt so confident in a doctor before. He was calm and attentive he explained everything clearly which made me feel a lot less worried and was able to focus more on pushing her out. He truly cares and you can feel it. I don't have one bad experience with this establishment and highly recommend you to choose him to help start your family or any gynecology needs.
Dr ghausi is the best OBGYN I’ve had. I had another OB when I was pregnant with my first son and always felt so uneasy with her so at 8 months I decided to switch. I went to Dr ghausi and he was amazing. I instantly felt comfortable and at ease. He was so calm during delivery too. He delivered my second also. Great beside manor and overall such a nice, honest person. He’s straight to the point and listens to you. Don’t look elsewhere. He’s great. Also worth the drive for me. His staff is so great too, also his billing lady Janet is super helpful at explaining insurance stuff with you. Excellent staff!
Fantastic bedside manner, very knowledgeable, patient and caring. If only all doctors were like this. I've been seeing doctor Ghausi for years now and he delivered my baby. I was terrified and neurotic and he always made me feel relaxed and confident. He listens. Even the nurses at Los Robles said they love working with him. Always pleasant. No huge ego! You'd be fortunate to have him as a doctor. I wish he did general practice and dentistry, too, I'd see him for everything.
Dr Ghausi is the absolute BEST! I went to another doctor at first with my first pregnancy, and I realized that I wasn’t feeling the comfortable vibe there, so I made an appointment here and it was the best choice I made for my pregnancy. Dr Ghausi is not only an amazing doctor that listens to all of your worries, but he’s also very personable and that’s double points in my book. I felt very comfortable and worry free during my pregnancy and it’s all thanks to him! His staff is also AMAZING! They’re super nice and accommadating about a bunch of things! Recommend, recommend, recommend!!
So i spoke to the office manager 2 weeks prior to switching from dr williams and when i got the new referel sent in i called tricare to change the doctor to dr ghausi. And when i call to schedule the apt they said they would call me back. No calls so the next day i called and the lady comes up with a crappy excuse that dr ghausi cant take me on because im high risk since i delivered my daughter at 35 weeks but he is on vacation until 6/21 when did he have a chance to review anything and when did you get my records?? I never sent them...not sure how shady or made up that sounds but its really stupid to do that to someone who is 27wks preg and obviously needs an obgyn. Shame on your staff and you for that.
Dr. Ghausi delivered my first baby 6.5 years ago. He is a caring, patient doctor. I had to switch doctors because of an insurance change shortly after, but I wish Dr. Ghausi could have delivered all of my babies!
