Dr. David Urban and staff are like family. They have been providing the Meenan family's dental care for many years. The entire staff is very professional with a personal touch that makes for a relaxed visit. After a particular in-depth procedure, Dr. Urban has always telephoned later to see how we're doing and let him know if we have any delayed problems. He is always ready with good advice if we have any questions regarding our dental care. The office is up to date with the latest equipment. The atmosphere is quite cheerful. We couldn't be more pleased with the dental care we have received from Dr. Urban.
It sounds odd to say that you enjoy going to the dentist, but with Dr. Urban and his staff, I really do. His staff is extremely pleasant and efficient and Dr. Urban is one in a million. He is one dentist that does not look for things that are wrong just to take your money. If he recommends something--listen! I so value his opinion with regard to my dental care. He is meticulous in his work and is very caring about the work he performs for his patients. I am so grateful to have him as my dentist for so many years.
My wife went to see dr Urban last week. Both of us have been with Dr Urban for a long time. Her experience was GREAT, as usual. The staff was wonderful . They were polite, helpful, and extremely professional. They are truly exceptional people. Dr Urban is a terrific doctor. He explained clearly my wife’s conditions after her cleaning by the great NICOLE, checked her mouth thoroughly for any problems. It means more when I walk in the door and I am greeted and made to feel welcome. 20+ years. Now there is a Northside Social a block away for after appt. bonus!
