Dr Delphinium & Orchid House

We had the best experience with Dr. Delphinium and their team for our wedding! I worked directly with Caylen who was incredibly patient and knowledgeable! I have very little knowledge about flowers and arrangements, and Caylen provided excellent recommendations! Our arrangements were absolutely gorgeous and literally everything I had envisioned! Everything was beautiful and set up exactly how we wanted it. The flowers lasted all day and even into the weekend. I reached out to Caylen after the wedding for recommendations on preserving flowers and she immediately provided me with companies brides have worked with in the past. Dr. Delphinium made our wedding dreams become a reality! Their proposal was detailed and thorough, they were very flexible with our changes, and their designs absolutely dreamy. They have huge stock of candles and containers as well as any floral you can imagine. We were thrilled with the way our romantic, winter wedding came to life! I am upgrading my rating to 3 stars. After posting the review, I was immediately contacted by a Customer Relationship rep. My husband's account was fully credited. As an apology for the ruined anniversary day, the company sent a fresh arrangement twice bigger than my husband had ordered originally. ----------------------------------------- My husband ordered a flower arrangement for our anniversary when he was out of town. The arrangement was beautifully designed. Unfortunately, the orchids and hydrangea were not very fresh on delivery Sunday 7/24/22 and have wilted the next morning when I am writing this review. In addition, the receipt was attached to the vase... It was not asked for of course, because the online order was fully paid in advance. Very disappointed and asked my husband no to order from this place any more...

I used Dr. Delphinium Designs & Events for our wedding floral and I cannot say enough amazing things about them! I worked with Caylen & she was FANTASTIC! She was so responsive to my emails, calls, & constantly went above and beyond to keep things in our budget and make our vision really come to life! I was clueless when it came to wedding floral to be honest & I was a little overwhelmed when I first met Caylen. She made me feel so comfortable & at ease with the entire process, and not once did I feel pressured to go with anything that was out of budget or did not want/like. My bridal bouquet/bridesmaids bouquets were so stunning! I had SO many compliments on the entire floral throughout the wedding & I just couldn't have picked a better florist to go with. I never once stressed that things wouldn't be the way I wanted them, or anything else. If you're looking for a wedding florist, PLEASE give them a call or set a meeting. You won't regret it. They are all so nice, friendly, & accommodating !

Dr Delphinium and Caylen in particular were an amazing part of our wedding process. She was so kind and willing to work with me on bringing what I had in my head to fruition. My bouquet was beautiful and the center pieces were exactly what I imagined! Thank y’all for helping make our day a dream!

So happy to have discovered the most amazing and professional florist in the city. The customer service is like no other; from walking into their store to getting my wedding bouquet delivered to my doorstep, my experience was extremely pleasant. The team was extremely supportive and patient with me through the long decision making process as I was getting two of them . They were also really good at communicating and even shared the final look with me ahead of time for any additional changes I may want. They really did make me feel special and the flowers were just breathtaking! I felt like a Queen!

I contacted Dr. Delphinium in March 2022 with an unusual request—I needed floral arrangements for two weddings set to take place during WrestleMania weekend. I only gave the team a little over a week of notice, but the magicians at Dr. Delphinium delivered an incredible floral display that served as the backdrop for the event, as well as centerpieces and bouquets for the brides and grooms. Throughout the experience they were cheerful, helpful, creative, and just all around amazing. If I lived in Dallas, I would use them for every event I could.

I recently had flowers delivered to a family member and they were as beautiful as advertised. The process was seamless with excellent communication. They were even able to accommodate a late request of change in the order from me. The staff are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I’ve been using Dr Delphinium for years and the outcome has always been exceptional. In summary, they have made me look good on more than one occasion!

Dr. Delphinium did an amazing job on our wedding! From the beginning to end it was seamless and easy. Sarah Franco was the absolute best! From the moment we met, she was kind and energizing. I am not the best with flowers, so I just told her what I wanted and pictures and she put the portfolio together. I could easily trust them to make flawless bouquets and centerpieces. The day of the wedding I had no stress or worries because they were done and ready before I even arrived to get ready. They are the best and do a beautiful job and make life easy and stress free!!

I Love Dr. Delphiniums! The staff is courteous, helpful and professional. Each time I order, the flowers are beautiful and the arrangement crafted with care.
