Another amazing experience with Dr. Detail. My 2004 4-Runner looked brand-new after leaving your shop. This is my second visit but this time I needed to get my car prepared to sell; which it sold in less than 12 hours: I believe it was due to the great job Dr. Detail did on making sure every item inside and outside the car was immaculate. I have recommended you before and will do it again and again. I wish I had a before picture. You will see the shiny exterior and interior leather. You have WON my business. Great price! Amazing service! My interior is prestine! They got all of the dog hair out and that's saying something since I've got 2 huskies They even went above and beyond and rewired my dash cam so the cord wasn't visable! I will definitely be going through them again and sending my friends to them! Thank you guys!
There was a hiccup in my online booking, they were quick to text me and let me know they weren’t available that day. Antonio went out of his way to figure out how to still get me my requested date and time. They did an amazing job and were super kind throughout the whole experience. Matt did a wonderful job on my car and even made to sure to have me look it over to see if I had any concerns. My ONLY complaint is the address was different than what’s online, so I had to follow-up. Otherwise they were superb. Highly recommend!
I was so well pleased with the service they provided. They made it super easy to purchases a package and reserved the day & time for it all online. Friendly staff. They did a marvelous job in restoring my vehicle to new like conditions. I am now in love with my vehicle. It is clean and beautiful. Money well spend. If you are considering doing a detailing for your vehicle then I highly recommend doing business with Dr.Detailing Spokane.
I took my truck in to have the carpet dried out from water that leaked into the cab. They kept the vehicle for 4 days which is fine if you need it that long. The guy in charge said the removed the seats and carpet and dried it for 2 days or so. Awesome. Except when I got home I pulled up the carpet just because and to my surprise I was still really wet. Wow. I can't believe it. If they did what they said it would have been dry. I even gave them more money due to the extra work performed or so I thought. I got jacked again.
They answer their phone! They fit me in on short notice! They did amazing detail work on a tough car filled with dog hair! I won’t use another shop for detailing after the great experience here. My highest recommendation.
Purchased online and set appointment with Dr. Detail for Sunday 5/26/19. Followed up with a facebook message to business, and they confirmed my appointment for 9am on 5/26. Showed up to the business on 5/26 and no-one was there. Called the phone number and was told the Sunday guy called out, and that they would reschedule me and get me in at 9am the next day Monday the 27th. I showed up once again on Monday the 27th at 9am, and no one was there. I called the number, and left messages, and no-one called me back. I waited for an hour, and no-one showed up. As of today, Thursday, no-one has yet to call me back, and they have my money and have not refunded me. This business is a scam. DO NOT USE THEM.
A couple years ago, I paid $250 to detail a 2-door light truck. They didnt remove the sap on the hood. Left excessive oil on the dashboard. Didn't clean the bed of the truck. Dirt was still visible in the cracks of trim. Owner/manager wouldn't partially refund my money but instead offered me a 50% discount on my next detail. Ha, I'd never give this business any more of my money.
This is an absolutely incredible company that put my needs above their own! I was very specific about my requests and they exceeded all my expectations. I would HIGHLY recommend their services!
These guys do great and awesome work! Completely made me reconsider selling my vehicle after the guys did such amazing job.
