The place and staff were very nice and helpful and caring for someone who was doing the procedure for the first time. Dr Dooreck and his colleagues have been great with the procedure and I am very pleased with how it went. it has been a great experience and I would recommend him to anyone who has to have this procedure. Thank you very much to you and everyone involved.
Poor service my wife went to get her ultrasounds results, laboratory results, including the staff not ordering the results so she can get answers. The worse service ever I can not believe he has a license and is practicing what an embarrassment to the medical community. The staff not prepared and being extremely rude. I do not recommend this Dr. or his staff for practice. My wife is a doctor and she does not give service like this to her patients.
I love Dr. Dooreck and his entire team. Would not see anyone else. He is professional but at the same time he makes you feel that he cares about you as an individual. They are concerned and follow up after a procedure. Cannot say enough and would go nowhere else. Highly recommend.
The follow up call at home after my Procedure from the office staff kind of saved the Day. "The Star is for the Office Staff" I left that office feeling some type of way because I felt rushed after the procedure. Dr Dooreck spoke with me for a quick minute and I do mean quick! He did not give me time to ask him a single question about the procedure. He needs to learn to be a little more attentive to his Patients and not make them feel as though they are not worthy of his time after thier procedures. I felt brushed off and it's on the next Patient for Him! Ms. Oliver
Dr. Dooreck and his team are warm, friendly and extremely efficient without leaving you feeling rushed in any way. After my procedure, Dr. Dooreck took the time to review the results in a clear and friendly manner, despite his busy schedule, I felt that I had his full attention. Thankfully I do not have to schedule another medical appointment with him, but would be happy to see him again if I would. I highly recommend Dr. Dooreck and his team for your Gastroenterologist needs.
This practice is excellent. They explain to you how procedures will go in detail and treat you like family. They go above and beyond, not only the doctor but all staff members as well. I felt I was really being taken care of really well. I would definitely recommend Dr. Brian Dooreck to family and friends.
Dr. Dooreck and his staff are amazing! Five star facility! I was treated like family. It was my first time having a colonoscopy and I will definitely go back to him when I am due for my next one!
I chose this doctor based on his 4.6 rating, but unfortunately, my experience did not live up to that rating. Upon arriving for my first appointment, I noticed that there were already five people in the waiting room. Naturally, I assumed that my appointment might be delayed by about 1.5 hours. However, to my surprise, within just 10 minutes, all the patients before me were called in, and I was also called into the exam room shortly thereafter. My interaction with Dr. Dooreck was very brief, lasting less than 8 minutes, even though I was a new patient. He entered the room without greeting or handshaking. He then sat in front of the computer and asked me a few questions about my past encounters with GI. I came to him with a specific concern—a persistent pain in my upper right abdomen—yet he did not examine or address this issue. I wanted to show him the image of Ultrasound, but he said he did not need to see it. When I tried to ask him a question, he mentioned that he would return shortly, but he never did. His medical assistant entered the room and requested that I move to another small room while she printed some information for me. During this process, she openly discussed my concerns in front of other patients who were waiting nearby, completely disregarding any privacy considerations. I felt I was rushed out of the office. I was disappointed by my experience with this doctor who is not interested in listening and addresing my concerns. ************************************************************* Replies to "Dr"'s response: Reading the low reviews you have received, it seems many people did not the way you treat patients. I went in as a new patient. This office never answered the phone whenever i called. It seems they require a voicemail then they call you back. At my appointment, the doctor walked into the room and the first thing out of his mouth was, “hi I’m Dr. Doorwick, please give me a second” and then he started talking to a hand held recording device regarding his last patient which was very unprofessional. He then sat down and he repeated himself, “please give me a second” and started to text message somebody on his phone and he repeated himself again and again and again numerous times, “please give me a second”. I thought that was extremely unprofessional and very rude. He should have done that before coming into the room. He didn’t really seem to care about the reason why I was there and what exactly what I was feeling and what I was going through. He seemed to only want to talk and tell me the procedure and all the bad things that can happen during the procedure and side effects, like a disclaimer. He repeated himself at least three times to me. It sounded like he was a robot. This doctor is NOT for me!
Good service very professional, polite all staff and take care of patient very good. Thank you Dr. Dooreck for everything. I will recommend my friend to you. Because you are so good I can not complaint at all.
