I had an emergency on a Friday before leaving the country for vacation on Monday. My front tooth crown broke and fell out. My dentist and others most in town on Fridays were not available. I called Dr. Riehl’s office and there was no hesitation on their busy Friday. I was in their office 15 minutes later and by 2:00pm that day I had a temporary retainer with my tooth allowing me to feel comfortable talking and taking pictures while on an unforgettable trip! The entire office staff was amazing! Highly recommend!

This office is amazing! My experience was wonderful from the time we stepped into the office until we left. The staff is very personable and the Doctor spends time talking with you to understand all of your needs. I would highly recommend this office, it will not disappoint.
This was my first visit and I couldn't be happier. There was practically no wait time to see the doctor. He was very attentive and thorough. He spent a lot of time evaluating my teeth health and talking with me, asking a lot of questions. The office is very well organized and everything is running smoothly. There is a large stuff of very friendly ladies in the office. I have been introduced to everyone of them by name and it makes it very personal and welcoming experience. They were all delightful and friendly and made me feel comfortable. Everybody was happy and truly genuine in their desire to help. I look forward coming back and to make this dental office my "home".
Dr. Riehl and his team are the best! He has been my dentist for about 20 years and every single experience has been amazing! Kathy rocks! I love that they are down to earth and incredibly professional people!!
Dr Riehl and his staff in Yakima, WA gets four stars from me! He is gentle and skilled. He is helping me solve a complex dental problem. Dr Riehl and his staff go out of their way to make me feel comfortable and safe. I drive a long way to see them. So worth the extra time. I cannot recommend more highly.
As a 63 year old individual who has seen several dentists over the years, I feel that Dr Riehl is one of the best dentists I have ever experienced. He is thorough, gentle, compassionate and can explain things in a way that most anyone can understand. His staff is also very very good and very kind.
From the moment you walk in you get that homey feeling. Everyone greets you and makes you feel welcomed. They are very flexible with the times of your appointments, making it easy for you to get in and out. Above all the top tier service and dental work you will receive.
Got me in very quick and we’re so great to work with! Not only was the service amazing in the office, they took the time to call me later that afternoon to make sure everything was setup and I was doing ok. 10/10 would recommend to anyone with dental needs!
