Despite some initial confusion about my appointment, accommodations were made and I underwent the planned extraction of a molar tooth. Everyone with whom I had interaction was thoroughly professional. I highly recommend Dr. Cubbage.
My daughter had two impacted wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Cubbage. We had the best experience. No infection healed great. The staff was so nice. The lady with blond hair is so sweet and made you feel very comfortable. Highly recommende this office.
They charge $100 for “consultation” without disclosing that until the bill comes. Had file sent over for a tooth extraction from our dentist as they requested but still charged to do more X-rays. Never tan our insurance and said we have to pay the full up front. Our insurance company stated they never sent in a claim and it should have been fully covered. Not to mention Front desk receptionist is extremely rude and sarcastic when asking her questions about it. Fraudulent and terrible service. Will be reporting them.
My husband needed a molar removed and we are so fortunate to find Dr Cubbage. All of the staff from receptionist to nurse were wonderful. We highly recommend Dr Cubbage.
Dr. Cubbage is an excellent oral and maxillofacial surgeon. The two teeth I had pulled today went quickly and seamlessly. This is the second time I used him for wisdom teeth related procedures. I also greatly appreciated him getting me in on such short notice. Many nights of painful teeth and gum aches prevented because of this. Just a great guy. Highly recommended.
My daughter had to have teeth removed. I was very pleased with the whole staffing from the front desk to the back. They were very comforting and explained everything to my daughter before and as it started. They are very caring. I thank them for taking great care of her before, during, and after the procedure.
I brought my daughter in for an emergency apt. From the front desk, to the dental staff, the entire experience was a 10. professional, concerned, thorough, extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Cubbage has excellent bed side manner, along with great skill set.
My daughter went to see Dr. Cubbage to get her wisdom teeth taken out. He said that they needed to be taken out RIGHT AWAY because of the length of her roots. I got a second opinion with another oral surgeon who said it could wait a couple of months until school ends. I decided not to follow through with Dr. Cubbage. Also, his office charged our insurance for a panoramic x-ray that they never took. We brought one that had been taken by her orthodontist. This is definitely not an honest office!
Dr. Cubbage took an emergency weekend appointment while he was off, and couldn’t have been more accommodating. I’m in awe of how he treated my mother in law and wife while we were desperate for help. It was like we were family. Amazing person, and the oral surgery went great. Thank you, Dr. Cubbage. We are forever grateful for you.
My mother had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Cubbage for Friday afternoon. The office called her the day before to confirm her appointment and ask her if she could come an hour early since they had a cancellation. Since my mother watches my toddler while I'm at work she wasn't able to get there any earlier. Their response was that he wasn't going to wait around and that she would either need to come in earlier or reschedule. My mother ended up having to cancel her appointment and will not be rescheduling. Apparently Dr. Cubbage believes he is too important to have to keep his scheduled appointments.
