What a great experience! The Maumelle dentist said I needed two crowns "it could be VERY painful" if I waited and I might need a root canal or lose the teeth" if I didn't opt for the nearly $3000 procedures. I had gone in only for a dental cleaning. However, Dr. Turney examined me and my x-rays and said my teeth were in good shape. She explained- in detail-why she thought so. She took time to discuss several aspects of my dental health. I so appreciate a health provider who wants their patients to be well informed, and who and does not push unnecessary procedures to enhance his or her own wealth. Dr. Turney's office visit bill was less than half of the Maumelle dentist's office visits. I am so pleased to have found a new dentist I can trust!
Dr. Turney is very professional and always offers her patients a through description of their dental needs. Excellent staff. Few other dentists in the Conway, AR area provide such a friendly and cost-effective practice. Highly recommend Dr. Turney.
Lea Ann always does a great job on my teeth. She and Dr. Turney and the rest of the staff are great--warm and friendly and super attentive to detail.
First time being back to a dentist in YEARS, I have really bad anxiety when it comes to going so when I finally got the courage to call and make the appointment and show up they were all so nice and careful with me. I was still gripping the chair but I wasn’t shaking uncontrollably with tears coming down my face. So I’d say it was a wonderful experience.
I am eager to sing Dr. Turney's praises near and far. I have suffered from dental visit anxiety in the past but Dr. Turney and her staff have made my visits low stress, affirming, and familiar. I appreciate their gentle care and community feel!
Love this dental office for basic dental care. Only problem with most recent visit was 15 minute wait. This has never happened before. Seems they were a person short that day.
My wife and I needed a new dentist and received a recommendation from her parents about Dr. Turney. What a great experience! Everyone was friendly, down-to-earth, and professional. Shenna took great care in cleaning and checking my teeth; and took time to thoroughly answer all my questions. Additionally, Dr Turney did a great job in explaining my situation and recommended plan of care and I never felt like she was trying to push anything on me or do any unnecessary work. I would definitely recommend Turney Dentistry!
We were very please with the serves provided. Thank you Dr. Turney for taking the extra measures to ensure that the route we were requesting, for my son's teeth was the best option for him. We live in such and "microwave it" world that it was nice to see that there are still people around who take the necessary steps to ensure it is done right the first time around and it is best for the patient.
Dr. Turney's office always handles my dental care with efficiency! The office makes Comfort a high priority and they're very efficient with their exams! The staff is very inviting and the environment is very pleasing and comfortable to all. As a student in Social Work completing my masters I always pay attention to how Professional clinicians treat their clients and or patients and I would highly recommend this dental practice! This is due to the fact they are very thorough with their exams and they keep comfort as a high priority! To top all this off the environment is very warm and inviting! The staff is always very professional and willing to answer any questions you may have.
