I came to Dr. Giang in Dec 2021 for a double carpel tunnel release surgical consult for my hands. Dr.Giang and his staff were super friendly, he talked me thru what my procedure would be like as well as what to expect afterwards, as well as answered all my questions. I had my first hand surgery in jan 2022 I was nervous, but everything went well and I'm healing just fine. I had my second surgery in june 2022 and it went smoothly as well. The first night of both my surgery's the sharp tingling pains and numbness were gone and I finally could sleep. Also you can hardly tell I had surgery, because he didn't leave big ugly scars which was one of my concerns. I definitely would recommend Dr.Giang any day he's a wonderful surgeon with excellent bedside manner, a beautiful new office, and a great staff!!
I saw Dr. Giang for a UCL repair in 2021. His aptitude for patient education and passion for his work sets him apart from the rest. I cannot say enough wonderful things about him and the experience I had while under his care.
Dr. Giang is the absolute best. I shattered my elbow in 2020 and it has been a battle trying to perfect this thing let me tell you but dr. giang has never given anything less than his best. He has stuck with me through this whole thing for two years and I'll always be so greatful for him & his team
Stanislaus County is so blessed to have a compassionate, skillful, methodical, precise, state of the art, per-say, Orthopedic surgeon to serve us. My husband and I have seen highly rated surgeons through total knees done multiple times, neck vertebra replaced, shoulder replacements, broken bones over 20yrs in multiple big city healthcare systems and we've never known such a responsive caring Doctor. You won't find such care you'll ever need for your orthopedic surgery than this Surgeon. He cared for my 91yr old mom with such compassion, it not only was for the patient, but assured the family. His staff was prompt despite how busy they are too - you must be patient for great care. If you are fortunate enough to see this surgeon, rest assured, it's the best care you could ever have. Dr Giang operated on my right shoulder, he did a fantastic job! His calm and confident demeanor sure did help me get through this. I had a great anesthesiologist too!I am impressed with the work he did and more so; the recovery, has been pretty painless, he fixed the problem with minimal trauma. He is definitely very considerate and caring of his patients. The whole staff has been so helpful. I appreciate you all!!!

We just waited 53 minutes and never even got to see Dr Giang! This office does not care about their patient’s time nor pain. This appointment was booked three months out, and we have been calling twice a week in case there were cancellations because my husband is in so much shoulder pain. His appointment was at 4, we finally left at 4:53 after sitting in a room waiting with no communication from any of the office staff that the Dr would be running late or anything. Just sitting in the room listening to people talk and laugh. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNCARING, .
Dr. Eric Giang is just simply the best!!! I had hip replacement surgery on 2-18-20 and I am so impressed with this doctor. He is so cool, confident, knowledgeable and very caring!!! He is a man of his word, went out of his way to search for my son so we could pray before my surgery. Wow!!! Thank you Dr. Giang for everything, don’t let anyone change you from being the wonderful doctor you are. If I have to wait a little while longer than my appointment time to see you, I know it’s because you’re taking time to actually listen to your other patients and I think that’s great! He also has the best staff, especially Crystal! She has been a tremendous blessing!
My 91 year old Dad broke his femur and had surgery by an Orthopedic Surgeon that inserted screws to fix the break. My Dad was in pain every day and confined to a wheelchair after the surgery. He suffered for 10 months before we found Dr. Giang. Dr. Giang reviewed x-rays and tests and concluded that due to his thinning bones the break never healed properly unfortunately my Dad endured pain for a long time from a surgery that wasn't the best solution. Dr. Giang told my Dad the solution was for him to do a partial hip replacement; his pain would be gone and he would be able to walk again. I'm telling you Dr. Giang was absolutely right! Not only is Dr. Giang very qualified and knowledgeable he is so nice and kind and you can totally trust him. He checked on my father several times in the hospital and always made my Dad feel safe and that he was in good hands. My Dad, my Mom and my entire family are so grateful for Dr. Giang, he absolutely knows what he is doing!
I wish all doctors were as attentive and hands on as Dr Giang and his orto tech Denise are.
