Great experience with Dr. Kronen. He was knowledgeable and polite. My issues were addressed and this facility is top notch

I’ve always considered myself fortunate to have found Dr. Kronen for all of my hand/wrist care. I know he is one of the best surgeons for correcting my issues caused by trauma & overuse. His bedside manner is quiet & friendly; always concerned for your comfort. I trust his medical diagnoses & surgical expertise. As for other matters, his appts almost always run on time, the offices he works in are modern & beautifully decorated, & he surrounds himself with professional & friendly staff. Dr. Kronen is simply one of the very best hand surgeons in the Chicagoland area. .

Saw Dr Kronen a few years ago for left hand. Very Professional, personal, and clear about what’s going on with you. He provides a concise treatment plan. I highly recommend him for those who are looking for someone who genuinely cares about his patients and provides top notch care. I was treated by him again today 3.7.22 and was again treated with exceptional care. He’s the BEST!!!

I'm thankful to the doctor for the assistance he provided.. The office was efficient And well run. The staff were very pleasant and easy to deal with. I especially appreciated his straightforward manner during our 1st visit. He told me that the shot he was going to give me for my finger would work or it wouldn't. I appreciated that candor. I hope I don't have to but if I needed to I would go back to this office.

Dr Kronen was very helpful. Listened to my concerns. Examined and diagnosed the issue and treatment. Very glad I was assigned to him for treatment. My only problem was the front desk check in. There needs to be less social life and personal conversations between and during check in. And less redundant paperwork.

Midamerica orthopedics has just gone down the drain. Between scheduling, not informing patients of schedule changeswhile they are in office, waiting in an exam room while the doctor is running 2 hrs behind, not being flexible with patients schedules. We will be going some place else for better care. 3 different doctors couldn't help.

Dr Kronen is very nice and has a great bedside manner and explained everything. He also listened to my questions and answered them to my understanding. I have had a procedure done by him before and I am returning for another. I would definitely recommend him and use his services in the future if needed.
