Dr. Guidry's Office

Dr. Guidry is by far THE BEST MD in Baytown. We all know how incompetent most Dr’s are in Baytown, but Dr. Guidry is the most kind, compassionate, knowledgeable MD and has an amazing staff. Amanda his nurse is also one of the most caring, competent, thorough and dedicated RN’s I have ever experienced. I truly cannot articulate how much I appreciate and respect Dr. Guidry and his staff!!!

Dr. Guidry is a great doctor. The Office staff is my issue. I had an appointment a few months ago the day of about an hour before my appointment it was canceled because the Dr. wasn’t available, I called the office maybe 10 minutes later to reschedule and no one answered. Then yesterday I called the office was placed on hold for over 20 minutes, in that time I drove to the office and was still on hold when I got there, yet heard them answering other calls. When I told them I did call and was still on hold, they could seem to care less. It probably won’ matter to them, but I’ll just find another doctor.

The staff doesn't communicate very well...Guidry himself was very rude and unprofessional cause he thought I was raising my voice and this is the way I talk..My medication was filled in Texas and I communicated to the staff I was working in Wisconsin til December 2022..He didn't care I went without my blood pressure meds for 5 days he was more concern about how I was talking to his staff my health comes first..I will never return there

Dr.Guidry is a awesome and wonderful doctor . I wouldn't say it's his complete staff more like the Melissa the NP or.who ever she is . Her lack of communication is very unprofessional! It seems her concern for the patients is none concern at all . They never calll back even after leaving message after message ! I was diagnosed a diabetic and was sent home with sample meds abd a meter . Nothing more it's like they pr she wants to do the bare minimum. They put you on hold for 30 mins and more and never return to the call . I have to hang up and call back numerous times. And still no results. Dr. GUIDRY WILL BE HEARING ABOUT THIS . Jennifer the receptionist is awesome !

Dr. Guidry is a great doctor. The Office is my issue. My husband had an appointment today and his appointment was canceled because the doctor wasn't going to be available. He had great staff before and now his office is going down hill. Maybe its time to look for a new doctor

Love the doctor been using him for several years now. But over the past year this office has become so unorganized they reschedule our appointments every single time. And you can never reach anyone when you call and it says do not call back to back we will get back to you within 48 hours that's a lie. Most of the time you never get a call back. We're just at a point where we want to find a new doctor.

Dr.Gudity is an awesome Doctor and a great person. He is kind, sensitive and truly cares about his patients. Unfortunately some of the staff are lacking in Communication and Compassion. Hopefully Dr.Gudity will get this corrected because he deserves to have employee's that care as much as he does. The Nurses are great too!

Dr. Kory Guidry is one of the best doctors I have visited in all my years. I also met several other patients in the waiting room that had nothing but wonderful things to say about the doctor and his staff. It was my first visit and several patients had used him for years without any issues. Since it was my first visit I had a lot of questions and all of them were answered precise and clearly. I felt like we got VIP care treatment from beginning to end. Dr. Kory is excellent in making his patients feel relaxed and truly cared for. I can be one of the worse patients and he knew exactly how to keep my nerves at ease. I cannot thank the staff and Dr. Kory Guidry enough for making the whole visit feel at ease. He is truly a warm doctor that cares about his patients.

My husband and I have been patients here for over 10 years! We love Dr. Guidry and won't be going anywhere else. It does get busy at times, but most good doctors are. Dr. Guidry is kind and patient, he will sit and listen to all of your concerns. We highly recommend him for your family doctor.

I've been a patient here for 12-13 years and have seen numbers turnarounds in staff. So far, this has been the fastest visit I had EVER. I dont know what changed but I'm liking it. Kudos to the new recent changes made. Dr. Guidry has been a great Doctor. I have never once thought about changing Providers even when the wait times back then was horrible.
