Extremely rude front desk!!! They will talk to you and about you in Spanish thinking you don’t understand them. Very nasty unprofessional people that should be fired decided to walk out and not even give the doctor a chance due to his unprofessional assistant and front desk. Hope they get new PROFESSIONAL staff
Had a great experience at this office as a new patience. The staff is extremely welcoming and made my visit feel very comfortable. Melanie was my hygienist and she was amazing. She demonstrated great flossing techniques, and left my teeth feeling extremely clean. I am so glad to have found Dr. Garces. He is professional and I cannot wait to continue my treatment at this practice.
The most friendliest staff, the dentist was amazing, gentle and informative about the problem I had. The front desk Sachy is what made me comfortable and put me at ease with the problem I was facing with unexpected out of pocket costs. I HIGHLY recommend this place. I was in and out and pain free. Dr. Gustavo is by far the best dentist I have encountered in my life. He not only has excellent bedside manners also his skills are par excellence.I drive for an hour and half each way to see him, and it surely is worth it. I recommend and refer him to all my friends and family.
I started coming to this dentist last year in 2020 because my mom is a patient. I love the staff! Their so friendly and always attentive to what the patient needs. Dr. Garces is so nice and you can tell that he definitely cares about his patients. He goes in detail of what's going on throughout your appointment. He tells you what needs to be improved which I love. It's a comfortable environment and is nothing but good vibes in the office. Definitely recommend!
This is a gem of a Dentist ! The office staff is professional and great . Dr Gustavo is an amazing dentist that if you have ever been afraid of receiving treatments this is your dentist. Exceptional...Completely satisfied with my visit. Dr. Garces is skilled at what he does and is so attentive to detail. I felt comfortable and well informed the entire time. Everyone there is so warm and kind from Dr. Garces to his assistants, the secretary, and Catherine who deals with insurance. Amazing!! I have been with Dr. Garces for almost 10 years and he is incredible. He speaks with such confidence and guides you through his intended treatment plan without making you feel he is selling you a dream to drain your insurance. I appreciate that he makes his recommendations and does not push things on you... I actually made the decision after almost 8 years, to do a procedure he recommended back then. I trust him so much and will NOT let anyone else be my Dentist. Ayshen is Dr. Garces' hygienist and she is hands down the most thorough and patient person ever!! She has done my deep cleanings for years and what she does for my teeth and gums is amazing! Catherine, who does it all up front and accommodates our appointments and billing, is the sweetest and super professional. Greets you with a smile and so attentive. She made so much happen for me in a matter of hours and I am so grateful for her because juggling work, family and personal things is so tough. You will not be disappointed with Dr. Garces or his staff! They are just the best!!!

My whole family goes to Dr Garces for their dental care. He and his staff are always sure to treat patients as people, not as a annoyance. They work with you, are very patient and work very hard to make sure you receive the best dental care. they put in extra time even skipping lunch at times to make sure my mothers insurance covered the cost of the new planned procedure and to keep our visits to a minimum.
