I Love it here! The service from the front desk Alani to Jasmine in the lab are all professional, friendly, helpful and Always greet you with a Smile! Great costumer service! I’ve been a patient from this clinic for over 8 years. All employees are helpful and caring, from the front desk girl I’m sorry, I don’t remember your name, but you always remember me!    to the doctors. The doctors at this clinic are very knowledgeable. I've always struggled with my weight and thanks to Dr. Acosta and his treatment I’ve lost about 50lbs in 6 months! I feel so much better now!  Thank you!

I have been a patient of this clinic for over 16 years .  they are excellent . the staff the front desk they take the time to speak with kindness , respect .  GYN exams a lot of exams which is excellent . you don't have to go to a lab the location has their own lab . Its is extremely clean they test for covid-19 and they follow up with you they call you at home  they call the pharmacy with your prescription no issues there they will call the pharmacy that you wish to for them to call which is excellent , Amazing I will not go anywhere else Dr . Acosta the man is phenomenal , kind , loving , respectful   there's new doctors there which are also excellent there is a female doctor I don't remember her name  sorry but she's a very caring person.  she takes the time to listen to any female issues you might have . I recommend this Medical group 185%. The staff is superb that's what we all need. A place where we could get a referral with no problem you will be attended to with no issues these days excellent customer  / medical services is difficult to find . I want to say  thank you to all staff . all are extremely professionals. God blessings be with you all .

I have nothing but good things to say about Armando Acosta and the staff. All my family is seen at this practice. They have always been available when I've needed them and they are caring and helpful. I was recently hospitalized with covid complications and they would call me every single day to check in. He truly goes above and beyond to build a one on one relationship with his patients and creates connections with you so you can feel more comfortable and not like just another number. I highly recommend this practice.

I went because I needed to be treated for Covid, and the doctor was really nice, and I felt better 3 days after treatment. The nurses were very nice to me, explained everything that was going on and my treatment. The doctor even gave me vitamins to make sure you felt 100%. And they take me insurance Humana. And I didn’t have to wait that long.

YESSSSS ...this is my 4th year with Gutleber medical group and im still a very happy client starting from the front receptionist. always very friendly, professional and knowledgeable .need a referral ,Giana is always there to assist  in every way possible from the cleaning lady to its professional supporting staff,Laboratory ECT and i saved the BEST for last MY Doctor always there to listen to my concerns about my health ...Mr. Armando Acosta continues to be the best ....along with his supporting staff in my book#1 what a great Team HAPPY HOLIDAYS AND  LOOKING FORWARD TO ANOTHER GREAT YEAR! I was issued this office through Medicaid. I rarely go to this doctor, I usually go to urgent care, so even though I should have switched doctors, I didn't. They do not take appointments so make sure you have nothing planned for the day. My last visit, I came in because I needed medical attention but also needed referrals which I can not get at an urgent care. I waited 2 1/2 hours. I noticed a guy who came in AFTER me was being called in so I ask the receptionist what is going on. She makes me wait a few minutes longer and then informs me that they no longer take my insurance! I signed in with my information immediately when arriving and in those 2 1/2 hours, she didn't know until I said something that my insurance wasn't excepted? It's because she wasn't doing her job. I should have been informed by someone when they did drop my insurance, they literally have all of my information. This is just how this office runs. I recommend finding a different doctor's office.
