This office is the WORST. I made an appointment as a new patient 2 weeks prior and left work early to be on time for my appointment. I arrive at my appointment on the day of 10 minutes before my appointment. Yet 20 minutes later, no one addressed me, no one was even sitting at the counter. An older gentleman came out and told me they may not be able to see me because they have to take an hour to verify my insurance, which mind you was verified the day I called for the appointment. He then spent another 15 minutes telling me they may not see me because I had not filled out paperwork... mind you he never gave it to me. Then he proceeds to tell me they may have to reschedule me because he had to take care of other patients before he can call to verify my information.  Needless to say I left the ghetto establishment and will be notifying my insurance of this.

I literally called to make an appointment and the guy that worked at the office that picked up the phone was very rude and arrogant. I was giving him a list of the information that the dentist office she has previously seen gave me trying to get the information for the work covered by a more affordable insurance option! I know people who have had the same thing taken care of in the work was covered 100% home ever answer. The phone was very rude and nasty to the point of. I don’t even want to make an appointment with his office. I decided to leave a review because anytime you go to get something sensitive as a dental care done you’re wanting to make sure is with the provider that actually is going to speak to you with respect! This office has no respect!

This is the worst experience everAfter waiting a hour and a half OUTSIDE after my scheduled appointment I was seen and told my baby would be the only one allowed to be seen in the back. She is 6! You expect me to allow my 6 year old to be seen in the back WITHOUT me being present?! What are you trying to do that you don’t want me to see?! I’ve never had that issue with any other office and I won’t ever be coming back to this office. They are very inconsiderate thinking it’s okay to waste people’s time. If they would’ve advised kids only in the back when I scheduled the appointment you bet your mommas last paycheck I wouldn’t have scheduled a dam thing with their office. Please get it together because this is NOT it!

Those people have no sense of time. Your schedule appointment is joke to them. They will have you waiting for over 2 hours after your scheduled appointment while having everyone else who shows up after you go through as they see fit. I think they are racist too. And they don't even do anything for your kid. They are a complete joke and a total waist of your time. DO NOT GO THERE.

This dentist should lose his licensing! He pulled my 10 year old son's molar out of his mouth without even numbing him first! And the place has a nasty smell to it! The staff is rude and the place is unsanitary! RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!

Front desk is very rude. I called to get insurance information on a mutual patient and the receptionist told me their office was too busy and she couldn't help me. She told me to look it up on the website. Um obviously I've already tried that. Which is why I called you! These employees need customer service training in a terrible way.

I use this office often and the staff are always friendly and offer quick service. I especially appreciate that they have a wide selection of appointments available without having to book a month ahead.

She was very nice with my son I only didn't give 5 stars because it's time to update and upgrade the facility but other than that it was decent

OMG how is this place up and running? Who gave this man his license? The place is run down and disgusting! I walked in and ran out! Staff was so rude the place smells like mold and it was filthy! For all humanity we are asking please, shut this place down!

THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE I 'VE EVER BEEN/ BEFORE ADDING THE NEW STAFF IT WAS OK NOT VERY SANITIZED COULD STAND AN UP DATE HOWEVER THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE MY DAUGHTER WS SENT BACK BECAUSE THE POLISH WHERE SHE GOT HER TEETH CLEANED WAS STILL ON HER TEETH WHEN SHE CAME OUT, ALSO MY SON WAS TOLD THAT HE NEEDED BRACES I GET HOME AND HE HAS TEETH GROWING ON TOP OF TEETH WHICH WAS NEVER DISCUSSED WITH ME ONLY THING THEY SAID IS NO CAVITIES AND HE NEEDS BRACES. WHEN I CALLED TO GET AN UPDATE THE RECEPTIONIST WAS THE RUDEST AND TOLD ME SOMEONE WOULD CALL BACK AND I'M STILL AWAITING THAT CALL...
