Was assigned this QUACK OFFICE OF 3 by Carefirst in 2007, new patients expect a 4 hour wait. after being seen as regual patient you can still expect a 3 hour wait, I have walked out several times over the years and did so again today. I was called at 930am for an appointment receptionist told me "come now" I asked will I have a 3 hour wait? She said no come at 12noon, and I showed up at 1150 am for a 12noon appointment. there were 20 patients all seats were filled. several were wheelchair patients and was told wait outside as all dr rooms 3 were full too. I asked who has 12noon appointment and everyone said 12 or 1pm . I waited until 1235pm, and went outside to call. I asked what time I was going to be seen. rec said Dr is busy cant come phone but would be 3 hour or 4 hours new patients. I said I was not a new patient, and she said you not seen us for 9 months, I asked to speak to Dr Attu who after 10 minutes of holding came phone said I cant see you if on the phone. I told him all patients were told 12 or 1pm appointment. He replied Isee the patients my staff makes the appointments. Then he said come back in and wait. I told him I was going to report him to Carefirst he didn't reply except to hang up the telephone,
She is a wonderful Dr.H.Mckillop is Kind patient and always listens to what i have to say I have medical problems and she has been an excellent physican to me and I thank God I met her before I had nothing but quacks I highly recommend her. At her los Angeles office on Main St. 90037
