Orofacial pain (OFP) includes treatment for headaches, including migraine, cluster and tension type headache, chronic head and neck muscle pain, neuropathic pain, which includes any sharp shooting pain, burning mouth syndrome, obstructive sleep apnea, snoring, and TMJ. OFP treatment does not including treating teeth since research clearly shows there is no relationship between chronic head and neck pain and occlusion, which is how your teeth come together. We do not recommend ever having your teeth adjusted to treat chronic head and neck pain.
