Was sent to Dr. Holstrum s as a referral from my primary care physician Dr Alford. I was very pleased with the receptionist to the doctors bedside manners. We know allot of the same people so it made for easy conversation, plus he was very thorough on his explanation of my injury and rehabilitation. As a very active adult he didn’t try to persuade me to change my lifestyle but rather suggested some alternatives, I greatly appreciate and will definitely use him again.
Dr Hollstrom overbooks his appointments and his patients have to wait an insane amount of time for service. Every appointment I take my elderly mother 85 she waits over 1 hour to see doctor. Today is May 10, 2021 her appointment was for 12 noon, I had her there @ 11:45 and she just called me from doctors office and still hasn’t been seen. It’s now 1:25 and this is unacceptable. Given the amount of money he bills insurance for, he could provide better service
Was referred to Dr holstrum his office never responded to to referral called him myself scheduled app waited 2 hrs met him liked him needed foot surgery said they would call in 2 days never did after week called them said they would call me again never did very poor communication on their part from beginning feel like he doesn't need my business very dissatisfied but I really liked him have sepsis now anyone recommend a Dr who has a decent office staff...
If you are going to have a requirement to visit your facility, and you are scheduling folks to come in advance, you MUST let them know of the requirements. If they are unable to meet the requirement you didn't tell them about, you should offer assistance meeting that requirement, rather than turn patients away at your door after they have gone to the effort to make the scheduled appointment. Not doing so only creates animosity and frustration that frankly most people do not need in their lives today. Poor Service Dr. Richard Hollstrom - Poor response from your staff. They made me feel belittled because of a requirement I was unaware of. I am asking to be referred to someone else for my medical treatment, you've lost my business over this requirement that I was happy to meet, had I know about it before walking in your door today.
Dr. Hollstrom is a great doctor. My daughter had a splinter under her left big toenail and he came in his office while he was off so she wouldn't be in pain all weekend. Thank you so much.
Dr. Hollstrom and Dr. Port are both very good doctors and listen to all of your concerns and not make you feel rushed why in the room. The staff was all very friendly and helpful with all the questions I had.
Broke two metatarsals in my right foot. Dr Hollstrom and his staff were very helpful and highly professional in both medical and administrative situations. If you have foot/ankle problems, even if your diabetic like me this is the place to start healing.
Dr. Hollstrom is a great listener and really cares about diagnosing the problem, he takes his time and genuinely cares about you as a patient!
Dr. Martin is agood doctor. But, it's taken over a week to have the incompetant staff to get his prescripton put in.
Been seeing Dr Hollstrom for about six years he always listen to my concerns I just love him
