Dr. Itani

I've been a patient of Dr. Itani for many years and I am so glad I found him. I've never had to wait long for an appointment, 4 to 5 days at the most, many times the same day. The staff has always been very friendly and respectful towards me. Itani has always spent time with me, never rushing, and takes the time to answer all of my questions - and I ask A LOT of questions. He has always treated me like a friend, greeting me warmly and exchanges small talk with me about things we have in common. I can't see going to any other doctor when I have Itani. I see other comments complaining about getting subscriptions, and I know the Federal Government has passed numerous laws restricting refills and pill amounts of almost every medication you can name - all in the name of stopping drug abuse. It's a perfect example of a few ruining it for everyone else. Personally, I have NO complaints whatsoever regarding Dr. Itani or the office staff.

Very dismissive practice, and rude old lady at the front desk. They took FOREVER to send the referral for my sister's neurologist appt. and Miss Itani was very rude when asked for an update. Thank God my sister was able to find another practice. If it is a serious healthcare matter that you have STAY AWAY from this practice.

Dr Itani is very kind. He helped me with an infection another doctor would not. He takes the time to listen and his staff is amazing. Thank you

The wait was short. Dr itani was great, he addresed my problem, examined the area and prescribed medication. The meds worked. It was a very good visit.

I originally went to this family practice to get away from the other corporate practices in the area. At first I loved it, the personnel and doctors were very personable. Then they started playing games with my medications. They said I needed to see them every 6 months for refills. The first time it was only 4 months but I went in just to get it done. The second time it also was only 4 months but the girl who couldn’t count told me if I wanted refills I needed to make an appointment. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour just for prescription refills and left. I found another Dr. that don’t play these games.

THE BEST DOCTOR AND STAFF....I LOVE HOW NICE EVERYONE IS IN THE OFFICE. 5 STAR PRACTICE FOR SURE!!!

I have never left reviews before until recently. I have just started doing them. Everyone in that office is a blessing. They're very kind, empathetic, and very hard workers. You should come experience the experiences that I have. It's worth it. The reason I'm saying this is because they listen to you, they don't judge you.

if i could give them no stars i would. worst doctors office ever. super unreasonable and inconsiderate and INHUMANE. they almost killed me twice taking me off meds i been on since i was a kid because of their beliefs. the phones never work and the receptionists are clueless. i wouldn’t come here if it was the last doctors office in the world. HORRIBLE

Super Friendly office! Dr. Itani was fantastic. Thanks to everyone at the office! I work in the health care industry out of state and offices like this are hard to find. So appreciate the great care

Good doctors understand responsibility better than privilege and practice accountability better than business. More than a good doctor, I value the fact that Dr. Itani is a good listener. More than being just professionals, I value the fact that his staff’s attitude is always exceptional. Thank you.
