Dr. Malone is simply amazing. She uncovered a serious alignment issue with my daughters jaw that her previous orthodontist did not see. She was very patient and helped me understand what the specialists were recommending. Her knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile was invaluable. The staff are super. The office is beautiful and kid friendly. I only wish I had started my child at Malone Orthodontics sooner!
Over a decade of my entire family's visits to Dr. Malone, and we have never experienced a more warm, welcoming environment at a medical office. From Dr. Malone's hospitality, to the great work that she and her assistants do, it is well-known that there is no better orthodontist. Dr. Malone and her staff are amazing! Dr. Malone spends as much time with the parents as you need in order to get any and all questions answered. Her staff makes the kids feel so comfortable. My kids never complain about going to the orthodontist now that we've made the switch to Dr. Malone!
We've had 2 sons go to Dr.Malone. She is an exceptional Orthodontist with whom also happens to have a big heart. After be saved from 2 not so good orthodontists, we finally felt at home with Dr. Malone. The kids feel how she truly cares and she never seems to have a bad day. She is more knowledgeable than other orthodontists, will work with your dentist, and the staff is warm, busy and friendly. Cant say enough about our results from this office. Thanks to her our family has great teeth. I promise you will not regret picking her as an exceptionally skilled orthodontist. Very competent, competive and takes most insurances. I swear I'm not her relative, we've just always highly recommended her for years.
Jacqueline Malone went back to her Orthodontics office super late one evening because my daughter had two teeth that needed to come out and she would only agree to allow a professional to remove them. So I called Beautiful Braces for help. Dr. Malone wouldn't even let me pay her for this service! Who does that? I'll tell you who, the BEST DARN ORTHODONTIST IN ALPHARETTA, that's who!! When it's time for my girls to get braces, we will be going to Jacqueline M. Malone Orthodontics - Beautiful Braces -... to support a practice that truly cares about kids and their teeth. For her, it's not about the money, but the service, the passion, the end result of her clients experience with her practice. She has a gorgeous office that looks like it came right out of a magazine and it stays super clean too! She has fun events and giveaways for her staff and clients and she shares a smile with everyone she meets. This place is very cozy and comfortable . You don’t feel as if you are at a orthodontist. All the staff and Dr. Malone are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgable . My 17 year old son said this is the only place he looks forward to getting his teeth treated! We are very lucky to have found them!
Dr. Malone and her staff are amazing. I have been with her for three years. I went initially to get braces for my daughter and decided months later to get them myself. The office is exceptionally clean, professional and up to date with all of the modern things. I Pad bar, movie room for kids or adult kids, not to mention the great coffee station. The level of comfort was so great during my appointment I never knew how long I was there. Dr. Malone is a perfectionist....... She explained each visit what she did and what she would do on the next visit. I highly recommend this office.
Dr. Malone is an orthodontic genius! Not only are her and her staff extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous, but are also able to tackle difficult orthodontic cases with expert skill and attention. I love Dr. Malone because she's an exceptional Dentist/Orthodontist that puts her patients first. She has high integrity, very honest and very caring. She will never recommend any treatment that is not needed. Her choice in staff is amazing and honestly I feel like they are family. There is no one else like Dr. Malone. I came in a little over a year ago with a gangly smile and today I'm walking away with a beautiful smile. She really cares about her patients and her attention to detail is impeccable. My daughter has been a patient since last June and all of the kids just love Dr. Malone. She is so friendly to all of them and actually talks to them and makes them feel comfortable. I know my kid wouldn't be happy going there if the orthodontist only explained to me what's going on with her braces. But Dr. Malone updates both of us and always tells us what the next three steps are in front of us. This let's me know how the progress is going and let's her get excited for getting a little bit closer until they come off.
