Dr. Jennifer MacDonald, ND completed her Bachelor of Science degree in microbiology and immunology from Dalhousie University. She obtained her doctorate in naturopathic medicine from the leading naturopathic medical college in Canada, the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto, Ontario. While a student at CCNM she joined Naturopaths Without Borders and travelled to Guatemala to treat patients in need. During her internship she treated low income patients at Parkdale Community Health Centre. She was also one of twelve students selected to establish a teaching clinic within the Brampton Civic Hospital which is the first naturopathic clinic within a hospital in North America.
Jennifer’s approach is to understand each patient’s health history and to create a comprehensive and individualized treatment plan. She is passionate about helping others to optimize their health and teaches her patient’s how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Dr. Jennifer MacDonald is a licensed naturopathic doctor with a clinical focus in women’s health, fertility, pregnancy, endocrine conditions, autoimmune conditions, and gastrointestinal medicine. However, individuals with all health concerns are encouraged to visit her in practice.
