DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! First off this office smelled terrible. They never called to confirm my appointment and this was my first time going to the office. They took me back to the room before I finished the paperwork which was fine until I sat there for almost an hour for the doctor to come into the room. The doctor pronounced my name wrong, didn't introduce himself again new patient here, looked at my mouth with the mirror to tell me that I need a deep clean and then left the room. The front desk person had to tell me what a deep clean was. I left with not even a regular cleaning. I wanted to get a second opinion because I have never gotten a deep clean. I asked for my X-rays which they only give you paper copy. They also told me I didn't need to have my X-ray from them because my insurance covers all X-rays after I just got off the phone talking to the insurance who said I will have to pay for an X-ray for the next few years because this office took a specific kind that's not really covered. Overall unprofessional, not clean, and they are know it alls.
I am a Registered Dental Assistant; what better person to really rate a dental office than someone who knows the field. I have been in the field for more than 15 years and have worked with some of the best and not so great dentists. From the point that I walked in to the point of my final appointment I can confidently say that the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The treating Dentist, Dr Kim, was top notch; which made me feel comfortable to sit in the chair and receive treatment. They had wonderful chair side manners, gentle numbing skills, and amazingly light working hands. I did not let the staff or dentist know of my work experience, I did not want them to go out of their way to sway my opinion. I will be turning to this office. Well done Dr. J Oh and congratulations on having an exemplary staff!
Albert was really nice and pleasant. He engaged in a conversation with me, instantly made me feel more comfortable. I usually keep my interactions with the people to a minimum, but he definitely made my experience better than any of the other Dentist I've gone too. Totally recommend this place.
If anyone is looking for a dentist office, I highly recommend them. I’m a first time patient and will definitely be back. The staff and Dr were amazing friendly, courteous and kind. Especially Albert went above and beyond. I’m am usually a mess when I go to any Dr.s office and he made me feel at ease and comfortable. So thank you to everyone at Dr. Jenny OH’s office.
Dr. Jenny Oh and all of her staff are amazing. The environment is comfortable and every patient is treated with the utmost respect. You can tell just from the environment that she treats both her patients and staff very well - everyone is happy and enjoys working there. I went in for a cleaning and to have a filling replaced an old filling from another dentist. The old filling was easily and painlessly removed and I couldn't be happier with the new filling - no pain whatsoever. Just a note for whoever wrote the review from 2 years ago - probably not even reviewing the right doctor as the person continues to refer to Dr. Oh as a man - Dr. Oh is a woman and she is wonderful. If you are in the Norwalk or surrounding areas, I highly recommend her. She is very professional!
I disliked my experiences here very much. After only ever having had 3 cavities in my life, I come in and she Dr. Oh? immediately determines that I have over a dozen, and that she needs to redo my 3 existing fillings. She did half of them, and boy was she rough. The resulting fillings were also extremely sensitive. I've found out since then, that this extreme sensitivity is indicative of poor technique. She was also constantly trying to upsell me teeth whitening and braces. The male dentist was much more gentle, and never tried to upsell me things I don't need. After too long, I should have left immediately and not let her touch my teeth I moved on to a different dentist who is much better. Jenny Oh is not a good dentist. This is based on my experience 2+ years ago.
I got a root canal that I DID NOT need to get done. I paid 1.3k out of pocket for it. DO NOT GO HERE!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!! Get a second opinion from a reputable dentist before making such a decision! Anytime if a dentist is recommending you dental work that is expensive, get a second opinion!
Great office been going there for years. Dr oh Albert and Norma are the best.
Worst experience of my life. Front desk is unprofessional and they don't know what they're doing. I don't recommend this office to anyone on top of everything they're the biggest crooks and take your insurance money without you knowing. They tried to get good reviews on yelp by bribing their patients and telling them they were going to win prices if they gave them 5 stars.
I have been coming to this Dentist for 10 years. They have great service and they do whatever work needs to be done according to insurance coverage. I love how they remind you to get cleanings done. Make you appointment today.
