Dr. Vance is a board member of the Greater Regional Springfield Dental Society and is involved in Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ozarks, the MS Society, Sertoma and D.R.E.A.M. Springfield. He is a the President of the Missouri Dental Association and a Missouri Missions of Mercy Volunteer. Dr. Vance is on his tenth year of teaching oral pathology to dental hygiene students at Ozarks Technical Community College.
