The staff were all very nice and polite, I really liked them. The visit was timely and I enjoyed how the doctor was friendly and quick but efficient.
This place laughable because they take 2 hr lunches and then the doctors skip your children to other children that have arrived later and your child needs to be seen. They just take forever...I need to change doctors offices. They really need to change their staff and make sure they are taught not to lie when they try to tell you that the reason why your child was skipped was because those patients were seen for supposedly results but the doctor got prescribed medication and then when you call them out on their lie they say that they cant discuss other patient's but yet they shared with me that the patients were coming in for results. It's called violation of HIPAA.
Switched doctors recently to Dr. Aguilera. The Doctor I was checked up on by was quick and efficient. The nurses there were also nice and thorough. Had no complaints.
This office at one time was the absolute BEST doctor's office in the valley; now they are the absolute WORST!! What in the world is up with the 3 hour lunch, not answering phones and bitter attitudes!!! Seems like no matter how many times customers/patients complain, they just don't care. Shame on you, Juan Aguilera for exposing your clients to this bad environment and run down facilities! People go there out of necessity, not preference.
This place is horrible and the lady in the front window is extremely unfriendly and rude not to mention they take 3 hours just to be seen! I don't recommend this place all the facilities are run down and disgusting.
This place has horrible customer service. I was told to come in and they turned me away at the window saying they closed. No screening done in the entrance and the staff wears gloves everywhere. I will not be returning to this facility
Ana and letty are super at there job great staff best office staff never have I had an issue they book my appointments and they are very helpful thank you to all the ladys for all the hard work that you all do they are the only reason I don't go to another doctor's office.
Horrible service they take forever! Not what it used to be! This place needs better management
