Dr.Kelly Moon

Dr. Moon is the best doctor I have ever had. She actually listens to my problems and works closely with me to work out a treatment plan. I recommend her to everyone! She is incredibly compassionate and cares about the work that she does. I will continue using her as my primary care physician for as long as possible.

Best of the best! K Moon has been my doctor for about 25 years. She is very knowledgeable & I feel I get the best treatment. She continues to listen to me and my concerns. I appreciate that. Staff is great !

A couple years ago I left a negative review - not towards Dr. Moon but mainly other staff. I still love her as a doctor and I had no issues today with billing or any staff, so I hope it stays that way! Walked in for an appt and she is the only doctor who has been willing to listen to me about some issues I’ve been having and gave me treatment right then and there.

Dr. Moon is the best. I started seeing Dr.Moon not to long after she opened her practice here in Nacogdoches she has seen me through alot. I really appreciate her and her staff. It's been a great 18 years I'm fixing to turn 65 in August you know what that means MEDICARE I have an appointment next week I dread the conversation I'm going to have to bring up if she still isn't accepting MEDICARE will she help me find a Dr. that she trusts that does OH WHAT A SAD IT IS GOING TO BE. Great doctor, but will set you up to where you are charged for a "regular" visit and not an annual wellness checkup that's supposed to be covered. She asked ME if I had any questions. I asked one and we just discuss, no further testing or diagnostics done. Just a question and answer. Paid the full price for an annual physical, despite me telling my health insurance literally everything that happened and even them saying I was billed incorrectly and that doctor offices will use any excuse to not bill it as an annual physical. Disappointed and frustrated. Not sure how this is ethical when you are setting your patients up to get swindled. Edit: I’ve since left a new review and have had no more issues with the office and corrected my rating here as well.

I love my doctor. She doesn't throw medicines at you, yet takes the time to isolate what is actually wrong. The staff is top notch. Thank all of you.

A very friendly doctor who knows her stuff. The staff is awesome and outstanding. However, She does NOT take medicare or Medicaid.

She is there for her patients!! Kind and concerned . I adore her. My husband and I both see her.
