"Complete trash" will be a pretty close summary of the experience here. First, they will charge you upfront no matter what your insurance is. This is because they're too lazy to actually verify your insurance ahead of time. Then they promise to refund your payment if the insurance pays up. Well good luck getting that refund, because the receptionist will use harassment tactics to get you to give up on the refund. She will make your attempt to get that refund so unpleasant with her utterly insane rudeness that you'll simply never want to speak to her again. and I don't use the word "insane" lightly, I seriously believe she's suffering from some kind of mental psychosis And yes, she's the ONLY person that you will reach. No matter what hour or day you try to call, you will get her.
I called and try to made appointment, they rejected me as they don’t accept people who got Covid before, even you are negative now. I asked the reason, they said it is normal as doctor don’t wanna die.
The woman answering the phones is extremely RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL . The absolute WORST medical office I’ve dealt with. It’s the doctors wife so she must feel like she’s entitled to not take her job seriously. An investigation needs to be taken place! I will be changing to a new doctor.
I've been a patient of Dr Lee for 1 1/2 yrs now, he is very thorough and goes over all of my issues, medications and has referred me to the proper specialist when needed. He always listens to my complaints and has prescribed the correct solutions to all of my medical needs. I never spend less then a 1/2 hour with him in the examining room as he will go over everything very thorough and make sure all of my questions are answered. Rarely do I have to wait for an appointment or in his office when I go in. I would highly recommend him as a doctor to my family & friends. His receptionist Linda is very nice and helpful as well.
Dr. Kevin Lee is a highly capable and effective medical doctor who's compassionate. He is friendly, easy to talk to and has a great sense of humor. highly recommend him.
The receptionist was horrible. I tried making an appointment for months but she kept saying that my file wasn't transferred yet or something but when I called my insurance they said it was transferred over a long time ago. Then the day after I tried making an appointment again but the receptionist either never picks up or says hold on and just leaves me on the call until I give up and hang up.
Dr. LEe and the staff are very friendly and well organized. I love the fact that they make every effort to see my children the same day when they are sick. Dr. Lee always makes me and my children feel very comfortable at every visit. I would definitely recommend this office to family and friends.
Dr. Lee is a compassionate, gentle physician who is vitally intersted in his patient's health and well-being. The first thing one notices about him is that he LISTENS to what you have to say. His recommendations are based on the best of both conventional and alternative medicine. My wife and I have both been his patients for over a year: he has helped us both where other physicians have been unable to do so. You can trust Dr. Lee completely to do his best to help you.
The receptionist was rude, unprofessional and highly defensive. Getting medical information or having it forwarded to another physician was problematic. Getting any explanation regarding billing was problematic. Stay away from this strip mall office.
