Dr.Kim is the absolute best. I have 2 daughters back to back and she has been my first daughters doctor since day 1 . She always been so caring, so kind. She takes the time to get to know the girls.. she’s considering & always comes in with a sweet and genuine smile & so excited to see the girls and watch them grow. She really is one of a kind. My kids won’t go anywhere else until they are older and can’t be seen anymore by Dr.Jennifer Kim because she truly is one of a kind. We are so thankful and appreciative of the way she cares for the girls. Maria in the front is also so amazing as well! She is always super helpful and always so sweet when she answers the phone & is there for any considers you may have she will go out of her way to help in any way she can! This office and staff are truly amazing.
We have been going to her for 17 years now and I wouldn't change a thing she's absolutely amazing always listens to our concerns and pays attention to everything we say to her and give us the best advice
Do not go there this dr is a joke i tried talking my daughter in for a check up and denied her when she has medical this doctor is a joke!
I WISH I CAN GIVE THIS A 0 RATING IM NEVER GOING TO THIS DOCTOR AGAIN! And I refer you not to go to this doctor either! They already want my baby to go on solid foods!! Wth is wrong with them. I walked out of there upset because you never give a baby solid food until there a year old!!! And never gave me a note. Oh and if you’re also looking for a nice doctors office this isn’t the doctor to go to. There doctors office is small and rooms are big but very dirty looking. I recommend you going to Pomona pediatrics my other daughter goes there
The nurses are nice and the place is small but clean. But the doctor on the other hand would never take the time to address my concerns. My daughter had an extremely bad rash and claimed it looked fine when she didn’t even take a look at it. A few days later I call the nurse advice line and they recommend an antibacterial ointment because they believed it was bacteria causing it. The next day her rash was almost completely gone but I went to an appointment I had already scheduled and the doctor claimed it did not look like that when I came in the first time when I clearly showed her pictures that were taken that same day. And on top of that my appointment were ALWAYS canceled delaying my daughters appointments by 2 months in the year she was seen there. In the past 9 months I’ve been seeing Dr. Gimbel who has never canceled and always has appointments available. Definitely recommend Dr. Gimbel!!
Joke of a doctor.. EVERY SINGLE TIME I CALL TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR MY 2 MONTH OLD TWINS im told to go to urgent care. Iv have only been able to get my babys in for one appointment only and that was for the follow up appointment 5 days after they leave the hospital from being born which I was not able to get them in until they were 10 days old and I set up that appointment for four and a half hours. And when I finally got in to see the doctor everything took only about 10 minutes in which I had to remind her to check one thing that she had forgot to check on my children only minutes after telling her about it. I'm going to find a different. Doctor. This doctor and clinic is a joke. not to mention very unprofessional stuff that was sick and coughing around my baby's a rude receptionist a very small waiting room where other babies to be infected by illnesses that come in. and it was very dirty and hot. To anybody thinking about going here I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.
This is by far the worst place to intrust your baby/child. Doctor refuses to see child and told me to take her to the ER. Also super sketch will only except cash payments for visits. The doctor don't take time to visit and with you to gain understanding of what is going on with baby. Please do not take your baby here!!! WORST PLACE EVER!!!!
I love this doctor she takes good care of my daughter we always have a great experience every time for an appointment, Every one is very nice.
Doesn't focus on kids the way a dr should for her everything is fine and everything is normal and when something is wrong all she says is take them to the ER i think it's time for a change.
I love coming here everyone is so nice and professional.small place but that's why they have certain amount of kids they see every day. Wait time not so long .
