Dr. L. Ottoni is wonderful. He has good bedside manners. He speaks clear and slowly. I felt very comfortable with him. He is so down to earth. He is effective in his surgeries. I had pain in both hands. Surgery was quick and very little pain. After surgery, the pain in the other hand completely went away. Great doctor who listens well.

He really cares about his patients, he listens to your concerns. He also tries to keep his procedures as painless as humanly possible. I will end up needing hand surgery, and will be coming to see him for this. Thank you Dr.Ottoni and to your wonderful staff of nurses and administrators, you make the visit better.

Dr. Ottoni was AWESOME. He is down to earth, speaks calmly and clearly and was very good at explaining everything and my options. He takes his time and doesn't rush you. He had a very cool vibe about him. I was super impressed. The office was clean and the staff was kind and quick! Everyone had a smile on their face. 5/5 stars...I'd give more stars if I could : great experience!

Dr. Ottoni and staff were friendly, courteous, and professional... also easy going. The doctor answered all questions and concerns without overwhelming information. Inside the building and the parking lot were both very clean. It was one of the best experiences I have had in a doctors office in a long time.

Seriously need to look into new office staff, person answering the phone rude and difficult to deal with. Tried to explain to her that Urgent Care wasn't clear when giving final diagnosis to me about whether or not hand was broken or just fractured. Troll that answered the phone continued to be rude and unhelpful told potential patient that because there was no definitive answer given by patientme that I could not be seen until February with a broken/fractured hand that I should try a different doctor's office that isn't so busy.

Dr Ottoni was very kind and extremely patient. He answered all my questions completely. He did an excellent surgery. I highly recommend him.

He is the best! Patient, informative and takes away the pain!

Most importantly he wasnt creepy. And he listened.
