This office is incompetent. They do NOT return calls. Multiple calls, emails,etc. If you need a prescription refilled - good luck. Communication is p.poor! The quackPA put my hubs on meds he don't need. She sends him to all these tests but no real treatments. I told him a long time ago to quit going to this office for the reasons above, and much more, but he hung in there for 2 yrs and has still not gotten better. PA actually said last few visits "well, maybe it's this or that" Maybe is not good enough! I just got his medical records released and he's going to a specialist next week.. A good doctor or a PA would have referred him to a specialist by now instead of playing guessing games with his health. Medical assistants act like they have no clue, front desk receptionists act as if they are being so inconvenienced ... Just all around BAD office. Don't recommend!!!!
It is not normal for me to give a review but I am desperate. My husband and I really like Dr Berdeyes but communication with her office is impossible. There is no follow up. We call and email them and get little to no response. We have even talked to the office manager who seemed surprised that we were having issues. We have spoken to other patients who have the same issues we have. So this is not unusual at all. We just want to get the message to her office that there is a terrible problem that isn't getting fixed. The mailbox for prescriptions is full so you can not leave a message, just emails. Its been 6 weeks that I have been waiting on a refill of my medication and am still unable to get answers. My son has also been unable to get a prescription filled. I was scheduled for a mammogram with ultrasound and went to my appointment only to find out that the office never sent my orders. I was turned away from that appt and I rushed to Dr Berdeyes office to get the orders sent over. I was given the run around in the office. I was told they would email the Dr to have it sent. I waited hours to hear back. Finally it was sent at the end of the day. Fortunately, I was able to get those tests with much frustration. I was diagnosed with breast cancer because of those test. What if I had done like I have before and said just forget it, its to much hassle to deal with the office and skipped it until my next appt??
Love this DR! Moved to New Caney about a year ago. Been to the Kingwood and New Caney location. Highly recommended Dr. Berdayes practice.
I love Dr. Berdayes and her staff!! I have been a patient for many years and I’ve always had a great experience. She is very thorough and takes the time to answer any questions you may have. Sometime she’s even gone to get a medical book to explain something to me or even drawn a picture of some thing. She is very down to earth and talks WITH you and not AT you. She explains things in a way you can understand without having to have a medical degree. The front desk is always very courteous and willing to get you whatever you need in a timely manner—lab orders, prescriptions, test results or questions to Dr. Berdayes—even if it’s late in the day before they close. I highly recommend her.
We met Dr Berdayes through an urgent care center in New Caney. I liked her from the moment we met. She’s exceptional in her bedside manner and very skilled in her craft. If she had an office closer to Groveton, we would definitely consider her for a PCP.
I used Dr. Berdayes when I was younger and now have used Jennifer Richey, one of her PA's for many years. She is super friendly and honestly cares about her patients as does Dr. Berdayes. The office is always clean and well kempt and the staff for the most part is friendly, though there's been some turnovers recently and you can tell which ones are newer at their jobs. The only downside to having a Dr who cares about your concerns and listens to everything you have to say is when you're the patient waiting to see said Dr. I love their office but it can be a bit of a wait sometimes.

My family has been a patient of Doctor Berdayes for quite a long time. We love Doctor Berdayes. The most thorough doctor I think I have ever had. She has done a fantastic job in recruiting a great supporting team. The ladies at the front are probably the nicest people to deal with. Too many other offices make you feel like you are a burden to them. Not here. We have visited with many other doctors and/or PA at both Kingwood and New Caney. They are straight forward and thorough just like Doctor Berdayes. They allow plenty of time to answer your questions and give answers that anyone could understand. Thank you all for your help taking care of me and my family.
This is not a private practice its a corporation called Millennium Physicians and they are out to do one thing, make money. Every time you go in there's an up-sale in the form of drugs or test that have nothing to do with the reason you came in. How can you refuse your Doctor's advise ? The latest is this monthly phone call just to make sure your doing ok, and they tell you Medicare will pay for it, then send you a bill for $30 bucks.
I really liked Dr. Berdayes when I first met her. I thought I'd found the perfect doctor. I was wrong. Very, very wrong. She sent me for blood work but ordered the wrong labs. She asked me to go back, at my expense of course. Her PA did that same thing to my boyfriend. She didn't order a complete lipid panel as she had intended, so she asked him to go back- at his expense also. She took a culture to see if I had an infection and never called me back to let me know the results... so I played phone tag with her medical assistant for a week... I was finally told UPS lost the culture and I'd have to come back for another office visit- at my expense... When I asked to speak with someone to address my concerns, the office manage revealed to me that they found my culture... months ago and in fact it was positive! They never called me to let me know that I did, in fact, have an infection... The doctor is nice, but way, way too scattered to be dependable. Trying to service too many patients... so discouraging when medical offices are ran like fast food places. Their office is Incompetent. I would not recommend anyone to go there, unfortunately. Very poorly run.
