I was very pleased to find Dr. Strum. The staff is very friendly and I really appreciate that my appointments always start on time. I feel that the staff and doctors respect my time. I found it easy to make an appointment, even with a challenging schedule. The visit was thorough and each part of the exam was well explained. I appreciated that as I've had various other eye doctors vaguely explain some anomalies in my eyes before. Over the past year my whole family has been seen by Dr. Strum and the consensus is that we'll stay with him.
Everyone here is amazing. Very professional and courteous. Melissa greeted us at the front desk and got our paperwork handled. I'm a first time patient and probably needed glasses a few years ago. After my experience, I regret not coming in sooner! Dr. Strum and his team walked me through the exam and explained the whole process in a way I could understand. I learned a lot about my eyes and had a great experience. In addition to the exam being great, picking out frames with Valerie was a blast! The selection is awesome and I got some totally badass frames for my first pair that I'm constantly complimented on all thanks to Valerie. I don't want to shop for frames without her! We even hugged when I picked up my glasses. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment in a year!
I have had Dr. Strum as my optometrist since the ´80´s. He has always thoroughly explained everything about his treatment. He has taken me through lasik, a detached retina, a growing cataract etc. I have always trusted his judgment and expertise. His office staff is friendly and helpful.
