I’ve been going with my mom ever since I can remember, I think since I was born quite frankly haha.. Anyways, he isn’t just our doctor, we genuinely see him as family. Not once in 24 years do I remember my parents ever having an issue, or my siblings, and I haven’t. He’s spent 2 decades with our family, and that’s only what I’ve been around for. If there’s anyone to go to for proper care, this is the office to choose. And the woman at the front desk who answers the phone is an absolute angel, talking to her will brighten your day. I genuinely do mean it when I say the people working in this office are some amazing people. From the Troutt family, we love y’all!
Dr. Timothy Martindale has been my medical provider since 1998. He is the most empathic, thorough, caring provider . He is never “too busy” to see me. I work in a similar industry and I can attest that how he treats myself and my son there are few providers like him. His standard of care for his patients is unlike any other provider and his team Annette , Maria and all of the ladies are like my family . I am blessed to have such caring group of people and Dr. Martindale as my medical office . I recommend you see Dr. Martindale if you are looking for compassion, ethical standard of care.
Dr. Martindale has exceeded my expectations for the BEST, MOST EXCELLENT, cool, AWESOME family doctor for myself and four children for the past 18-19 years. We are blessed to have a supportive, caring doctor, who shows the utmost respect for our privacy, having much needed patience and guidance. He has maintained the same excellent care and rapport throughout the growth of his practice meeting our physical, emotional, and financial needs and concerns. I feel well informed and included in choosing effective, natural, up to date and practical treatments. He fully respects my concerns, beliefs, choices, and I couldn’t ask for anyone better.
Dr. Martindale is the most respectful, caring and professional Dr I've seen in Waco or anywhere for that matter. He not only diagnoses problems you are having, but he listens to your concerns and makes you a part of the process. I was spoiled by my previous Dr. till he retired and when I asked him who I should go to he thought Dr. Martindale was the perfect choice for my husband and myself. Highly recommend!
I have been a patient of Dr. Martindale’s for 19 years now. He is still as compassionate and caring as he was the in the beginning. Some doctors loose that. Not Dr Martindale! His office staff is as efficient as ever. They are always friendly and have become part of my family. From the time I walk in, until the time I leave; I feel like I’m a VIP. LOL, I say that cuz that’s how I feel. I know everyone gets the same great treatment!
By far the best family doctor in town. He treats each patient as if you were immediate family. You may have to wait a while on the days you schedule an appointment with him but it is well worth it.
He was my family doctor as a child, and I loved him. However my mother did something to get me, her, and my sister banned from his office and I'm not even sure what it was. Even though I was a child and it had nothing to do with me, they still refuse to let me be his patient again.
Been seeing Doc for many years. Great family doctor & friend. His staff has always been very courteous, thoughtful & helpful.
