He truly is a amazing doctor and is very polite. He delivered my 17 month old. I couldn't make it to the hospital where my doctor would come so he was the doctor on call. He was amazing so I decided to go to him for my next pregnancy and once again he did amazing! I'm pregnant again and yes I'll be going to him! Scared to hear what he says about being pregnant 3 times in three years in a row lol but guys all together he is really an amazing doc!
Best on i have ever been to. Dr haggerty very understandable and answers any questions you have. He’s about to delivere my first born
I couldn’t be happier . I was seeing another doctor for my pregnancy where I was pretty far along , until I received a letter in the mail that she was leaving her practice and going elsewhere, and to basically call the medical bureau to find a new doctor. Luckily Dr . Haggerty took me on as a new patient. I was more pleased with Dr.Haggerty and his wonderful staff, they were much more kind , caring and attentive . The delivery went very well and he checked in while I was in the hospital . I was in tears trying to find a new doctor last minute and I feel I honestly got lucky and had a better experience overall getting in with Dr.Haggerty.
SAVE YOUR TIME! Do not go here. The staff isn’t organized, they do not care about their patients. I’ve had bad experience after bad experience to the point I had to switch doctors mid pregnancy….. it’s been over a month since I’ve switched and they have still never sent over my records… I’ve called 4 times already with still no care in the world, and 0 attempts to get my records over .. they have billed the completely wrong insurance from the one they have ON FILE. Which we already received one bill from the correct one all the rest were sent elsewhere. It’s honestly more of a hassle to deal with them than not to.. idk how he’s still in business
I wish I could give Dr. Haggerty a better review. I'll start with the positive, he is an amazing surgeon. I know my c-section was awesome, the scar looked remarkable and our son's circumcision was also very neat. Trust me, I've seen bad ones, I worked at a daycare. The negative: he absolutely NEVER gives refills for pain pills. I was in so much pain it felt like I was being branded with a hot iron days after my surgery. He did not listen to me. I have a fast metabolism and took the pills as needed. I had to get pills illegally because of him. There is no way I could have suffered like that. Secondly, his bedside manner is jaded. He is not overly kind when you are crying in the patient room and not getting out fast enough even though he just told you you will probably miscarry... Also, the ultrasound equipment is tiny and needs updated. This is a man that goes strictly by the books. Don't expect a VBAC or a TOLAC.
Had to switch in the middle of my pregnancy to a new Dr and went to Dr Haggerty. I'm really happy I Did! He delivered my first child last week and through the process was always checking up on me and making sure everything was good. I definitely recommend him for someone looking for a good Dr.
UPDATE: he fired me as a patient and cancelled my surgery. Why was I fired as a patient, I asked his nurse who may also be his wife if she ever felt disregarded as a patient and if so how she would handle it, she said I don't appreciate your tone but will let the doctor know of all your concerns. The next day he calls me, tells me I was rude to his nurse and to question him. I no longer will treat you and your surgery has been cancelled. Btw I had 3 pap smears at this office all done in the pitch black with only myself and a male doctor, no chaperone. So be aware this is how he does things, his way or no way. I am scheduled for surgery with him next week and I'm becoming very concerned already. I have shared with him my extreme pain and bleeding for almost 3 months now. Not pouring blood but blood of some kind everyday. Was diagnosed with cervical and uterine polyps. There is heaviness in my lower abdomen and stabbing pains behind my pelvic bone and constant cramps in my lower back and abdomen. One time I shared my pain with him, he patted my knee and said you've had 3 vaginal births, you'll be okay. I called today to once again make him aware that I am suffering, bad. His nurse said oh what are you taking for pain, 1600mg Ibuprofen every 4 hours. So what did he call in? 275 mg naproxen, yep that will help! As if I haven't already tried that I can buy it over the counter
Unfortunately I am doing this in the office because I got here at 2:00pm which is my scheduled time and it’s about to be 3:00 and I haven’t seen anyone yet and I am still waiting cold…..smh I hate to have to find a new doctor
Do not go to this office if you ever intend on moving. I have been a loyal patient of Dr Haggertys for many years. I signed a consent asking for my records to be faxed to my new Gyn in Cleveland and they want to charge me. This office should be ashamed. They are on paper charts therefore they are comprimising my medical care by saying I have to pay for my records! So I will have my new provider request the records and Dr Haggertys office is required by law to supply my medical records directly to this new provider. If my new office not receive my records from Dr Haggertys office I wi be contacting OSMA as well as the State Medical Board!
If I can give them ZERO stars I would! DO NOT GO HERE worst place to possibly go the doctor reschedules all the time , the front desk receptionist don’t care about your schedule what so ever and want everything on there time they been rescheduling me for a YEAR and everytime my appointment comes up they call and reschedule me again this place isn't professional at all
