Had some very good experiences here. Some quality dental work was done on my 4 year old back in 2017. I really appreciated all of that. 2 years ago, however, I was not happy with how I was treated over the phone by the front office. I did not feel respected even though I apologized profusely for missing a phone call. We had some difficult personal things we were dealing with. The lady I spoke with seemed very uncaring & that really turned me off as a parent. Not much empathy was shown & I needed that at that point in time. I don't remember who I spoke to. That made me not want to return though. Perhaps the ability to show empathy should be a qualification for working in a pediatric dental office?? Just a thought.
This is an awesome pediatric dentist. Dr. Lacorte and his staff are so nice and so professional. 10 stars to them. They took care of my daughter and they got her in right away to tend to the problems she was having with her teeth! She had to get sedated and they did an awesome job with that as well. So smooth and I did not feel uncomfortable at all. The Anesthesiologist went over everything before and after. Best pediatric dentist I’ve been too!
Dr LaCorte is the best pediatric dentist. We tried another dentist in Tucson before moving to his office. His team are friendly, the assistants are kind, courteous and understanding. Dr LaCorte has a wonderful manner in making the kiddos feel comfortable. He explains everything thoroughly and ensures the best care is given. I read a couple one star reviews on here, but they do not reflect this office. Clutch your pearls and move on , Karen.
My daughter was so incredibly nervous and the entire staff was just phenomenal with her! Your front desk team is lovely, your hygienist was amazing and Dr. LaCorte was so kind. Everyone made this a wonderful experience! We are so glad to have you as her dentist! Thank you!
Best pediatric dentist ever! I live a couple hours away but the drive is well worth it. The front desk staff girls are very friendly and easy to work with. They do an amazing job of keeping scared kids calm and happy. Dr. LaCorte did an amazing job on his teeth and I seriously couldn't be any happier. This will always being my go to dentist for all of my children. Definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a new pediatric dentist.
Liars and scam artists. I called them this morning to see if they had availability to replace a filling which fell out. They confirmed they could do it and based on that, I scheduled the visit for my 6yo son. Not only did they charge over $100 just to look we already told them exactly what we needed and they never mentioned this exorbitant fee on the phone , but then they said they couldn't do it that day. My son is in pain. Then they had the nerve to say it would be about $500 just to do this simple thing remember, all the work had been done...just needs a little cleaning and another filling. I'm flabbergasted. This is borderline fraudulent. You can't bait and switch customers like this. You told us on the phone you could do it today. I gladly would have gone somewhere else, but you assured me you could do it. This is a really scummy way to get $100 guaranteed with an attempt to rip us off even further.
My daughter has been a patient of Dr. LaCorte’s for the past 12 years. As she enters into adulthood she still loves going to his office. He has very friendly staff some who have been there over 12 years. Dr. LaCorte is very kind and knowledgeable. He addresses any issues. I drive across town to see him and will continue to do so!! Great dentist and staff!! Wonderful with kids, parents and adult patients!!
My kids have been going here since they've began to see a dentist. The staff is always kind and friendly. We have never had an issue. Dr LaCorte always jokes with the kids. All the ladies is the back remember the kids too. Angela Martinez has always been beyond helpful with everything, always makes sure my kids are all seen together so we dont have to make multiple trips. My kids feel comfortable and relax with every visit they have been to. Definitely would recommend this office to others
This is the BEST Pediatric dental office!!! Staff is very friendly and they do a great job calming down anxious and scared patients. Dr. LaCorte explains to patients and parents step by step what he is doing and what each tool is used for in kids lingo. Kids even get to watch their favorite cartoon on TV in every room!! I highly recommend this place to my friends and family and really love how child-oriented this place is. Thanks for the high standard of care!
We were impressed with our first visit! The office staff was courteous and polite. The dental hygienist has such a calm demeanor, my daughter felt comfortable right away. We enjoyed meeting Dr. La Corte. I felt his "bedside manner" was perfect for my 7 year old. We where only there for a cleaning, I cannot vouch for any dental work, but so far we are impressed.
