Dr. Kaye is triple certified by the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery, the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the American Board of Otolaryngologyy, scoring in the top 1%. He is also a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and has performed thousands of complex plastic surgery and head and neck procedures. He began private practice in 1997, after being in a group-practice setting since 1987. He has pursued extensive continuing education opportunities, which has earned him 8 AMA Physician's Recognition Awards. He has served as a clinical instructor at the University of Louisville's Department of Surgery since 1993. Dr. Kaye is in demand as a teacher and mentor of other surgeons in his chosen field. He has lectured and demonstrated his surgical techniques extensively on a national level. Dr. Kaye has performed various breast augmentation, liposuction, and abdominoplasty techniques before his colleagues, sharing his personal experience with his peers.
Dr. Kaye has built his cosmetic surgery practice around the principles of communication, surgical skill, and up-to-date technique. Listening to a patient's needs & goals is a crucial part of the partnership between the physican and the patient.
