Dr. Norman A. Smith

I saw Dr. Smith for a tooth that I was very concerned about and knew that it probably needed a root canal. During my consultation he showed me the x-rays and thoroughly explained what needed to be done - it was very helpful to see the images and understand exactly what was going on. I really appreciate the fact that I was his only patient during the procedure, NO jumping around to other patients while I was in the chair! The root canal only took an hour, I was treated with the highest respect, and Dr. Smith and his assistant made sure that I was completely comfortable during the entire procedure. I will definitely see Dr. Smith if I ever need another root canal, his experience and patient care are absolutely outstanding!

WEEKEND from HELL! I have just spent Labor Day weekend with the worst pain ever and I am sure the lady that schedules the appointments is quite happy. I have heard nothing but good about Dr Norman Smith, but, if you don't surround yourself with good people, you will have problems. I told her I was in pain and she didn't care. I had a schedule conflict with my first appointment and she was not accommodating at all. So, don't rock the boat with the staff. Update, I cancelled my appointment because I am in a lot of pain and had to get relief. Mandy answered and couldn't of been nicer. She is definitely one to ask for. I wish I would of gotten her last week.

Dr. Smith and his staff are fantastic. They squeezed me in same day for a root canal, and the procedure went like clockwork. I had some additional worries due to my current pregnancy, but they thoroughly explained the steps/examination and made me feel comfortable. The entire clinic functions quickly and efficiently, and they are a genuinely friendly group. I would gladly go back for any future endodontic treatment.

Referred to Dr. Smith by my dentist for a root canal. Professional office staff and Dr. Smith was outstanding. Great music and he sings along. I would certainly see him again if needed. He was gentle, kind and gave me great typed instructions as well as his cell number if I needed anything.

A molar had abscessed and impacted a portion of the jawbone beneath its root. Dr. Norman Smith completed the root canal and cleaned the area beneath the tooth in only one hour. This doesn't mean he rushed through it. It was thorough and painless without any signs of him trying to rush through it to get to his next patient or the end of his day. This is my second root canal with him and I would highly recommend him. Hopefully, I won't need specialized attention in the future but will certainly continue to use him if I do.

I was worried about getting a root canal but Dr. Smith made it as painless and easy as possible. His staff was friendly and professional. They dealt with my insurance and after a complicated back and forth they refunded what I overpaid to them quickly. Overpaying was my insurances fault not theirs but they took care of it in a timely manner.

Unfortunately I was not allowed the opportunity to reschedule my consult due to their policy of not rescheduling for no-shows. I was under the impression that my appointment had been cancelled, due to a completely different medical diagnosis. After politely explaining everything and my confusion, it made no difference. She simply repeated herself with the policy and that was that. Nobody was rude to me, and I wasn't rude to them. It's too bad though that considerations aren't made for legitimate mix-ups and medical delays.

Dr. Smith was very kind and gentle with the root canal. Very knowledgable with great office staff. Will return if I ever need another one done. Thanks!

Dr Noman Smith did mine years ago and he was the best!! Five star in in my book.
