Dr OJ Rodriguez

I think Dr. Rodriguez and his office are wonderful. I never wait long for an appointment and Dr. is direct, kind and to the point.

I been without my meds for two weeks trying to book an appointment and get my pills refilled. Going to a new docotor.. I been on 6 different anti depressants for the past 2 years and no change...

After being a patient there for over 7 years I have had to find another Doctor. They are terrible at getting prescriptions filled. On several occasions I have had to return to the office after paying good money for and appointment to get problems sorted out, or to even get my medication at all. When they would not refill my scripts while I was out of town for work with the military, I made, was billed , and payed for an appointment to have my prescriptions refilled. Two days later, 3 trips to the pharmacy, and ANOTHER trip back to that office, I finally got my scripts filled. Blood pressure medication is something you really do not want to go without for that amount of time. Needless to say my family and I will be finding a new Family Doctor.

Dr Rodriguez is a great doctor, he has been able to diagnosis a few things that I've experienced that other doctors did not catch. You sometimes have to wait for your appointment, however you will get that at almost any doctor's office. I have been seeing him for a couple of years and plan to continue. The only policy my husband doesn't like is his nurses questioned my husband about being in the room with me when I was real sick, I wanted my husband in the room to hear the instructions of care.

they book 3 patients for the same appointment time. every time that i have gone to see him it was a total of 3-4 hrs from start to finish. i found Dr. oj to be very rude and not understanding at all of my concerns. after 3 appointments i have never went back. overall i had a terrible experience.

Appointment time is set for 8am. Currently 9:45 am and still have not been seen. The doors don't open until 8am exactly. No point in showing up early to sign paperwork. Lost time and wages waiting here. Restroom light does not function.

Great doctor and staff. They always offer a smile.... even to impatient patients like me. They have been a big help. We are fortunate that he returned to his hometown of Kingsville. JB.

Doc Rodriguez is good he currently my pcp with va voucher he always helps me where he can

The billing department needs a lot improvement,they are very rude,and dont know how to talk to patients.the doctor is great.
