Dr. Winnard and his staff are true professionals. I am a 60 year old woman and I was a little apprehensive about getting braces. Dr. Winnard and his staff always made me feel at ease. The entire process was pretty painless and two years exactly to the first day I walked into his office my braces were removed. I love my new smile! Would I recommend my family and friends? Absolutely! I recommended my best friend my husband and he is also very pleased with their services. Thank you Dr. Winnard and staff!
Arly was incredibly welcoming and personable. I have to admit, it was incredibly refreshing walking in for the first time and actually being smiled at by the front desk staff and talked to with such candor from Arly. She is a gem of a person. Dr Bobby was kind as well. I am looking forward to working with this team to get my teeth straightened. Good people! Good vibes!
Dr. Winnard came highly recommended by my dentist of 25+ years, Jeff Cranska, DDS also terrific. Teeth were shifting, a result of aging? who knew that was a thing? anyhow, was hoping to have teeth straightened a bit, arrest shifting; wasn't looking for perfect. PERFECT is what I got. Just a terrific experience. May have taken a bit longer than I expected, but that 's on me. The office staff is terrific, and couldn't but notice the exceptional care provided to pediatric patients. Appointments run as scheduled was not our experience with 4 kids decades ago at a different practice. Unequivocally recommend Dr. Winnard and his team.
Awesome experience here! What really won me over with choosing this office was the amazing staff. Everyone here has such great energy and it was a joy coming to this office every time for my treatment! During my treatment I had gotten married, got pregnant and traveled overseas for a while which caused some delays in my treatment but the office was so awesome in working with me during such life changes! Dr. Winnard is a man of few words lol but the man knows what he’s doing! I absolutely love my new smile and would recommend him to anybody!
If you want to go to an Orthodontist who actually cares about the well-being of their clients DO NOT GO HERE! They forced me to pay for my braces out of pocket, full price even though they never completed the services that were promised in my contract. No one reached out to me for over a year. When I called and questioned the situation, I was told that Dr. Winners hisself chose not to refund me any money, even though I paid full price for services I didn’t fully receive. If insurance will cover your services fully, you’re safe. If you’re a client paying out of pocket please find another ETHICAL orthodontist, because Dr. Winnard is not that.
We just brought our younger daughter here after having an excellent experience with our first daughter. We shopped around and did many assessments, and Dr. Winnard's office gave us the most work for the most reasonable price. Our younger daughter is shy and nervous, and the staff did an amazing job helping her to feel comfortable. The staff is knowledgeable and the office is fun. We highly recommend.
Arly is an excellent person and friendly. I am glad to know this place and the staff. Me and my family are happy with Mr. Winnard and his team.
My dentist recommended 2 orthodontists. We had been to one with our older son but I wasn't entirely happy there. I called Dr Winnard's office. The office staff I spoke with was great and we saw him the next day. He's very professional and laid out a treatment plan. His staff is what really won me over. They explained everything very throughly, helped us decide what options were wanted, set up everything with our insurance and helped us budget the balance. We had a wait a bit to get his braces on but that appointment went well and his staff again shined through with detailed instructions and helpful tips. Very happy we chose him.
Dr. Winnard is the absolute best at what he does! He and his caring staff have completely transformed my smile and significantly impacted my quality of life. With minimal discomfort, in little more than a year, I went from having an embarrassingly crooked and over-crowded smile to people stopping me on the street to compliment how lovely my teeth are. Most of the costs were covered by my dental insurance and I opted for a pay plan for the remainder. Finally getting braces as an adult is one of the best investments I have ever made in myself. As a professional, in a high profile position, Incognito lingual braces, were the perfect invisible option for me. A big thank you to Dr. Winnard and his wonderful team of angels for my million dollar smile!
Dr Winnard and everyone in the office is very nice and professional. I got braces there and will be taking both of my children to him.
